Unfortunately, this was a miss. We came here on a very hot day wanting pho and thought it should be empty and fast service because we were really hungry after working. The review and pictures looked good. We ordered 2 pho Dac biet and an appetizer of coconut sea snails, which I was surprised they had. The food took a little long, but they gave us complimentary eggrolls, which I thought was so nice. Well, the pho is probably the saddest pho I have ever had in my life. No flavor of pho and a quarter of a beef meatball was given. The tripe was only one tiny slither that I couldn't even taste the texture. I didn't even want to take a picture of the pho, but I did of the snails. I was so disappointed. I am not trying to be some pho snob, but I've eaten pho my whole life and know when there wasn't love in making that pho. It was just to please anyone who would just settle for mediocre pho or maybe never had it. It's sad that pho doesn't look or taste the same anymore in some places. When we got the check, I noticed it said "no onions" on the orders of pho. We never even said no onions. Now that I think of it, don't think there was cilantro either. The chili oil they had was bomb and that was probably what made it good bc that's what I dipped the overcooked beef slices. It was too hot (AC was barely on in there, just a small fan) and the food was eaten so didn't want to tell the server anything. Not sure how the food on Yelp looked so much better. Maybe we went on a bad day. Definitely didn't satisfy my pho craving. read more

Came in this morning craving a Pho soup. This place did not disappoint. The broth was very rich in flavor. I'm more of a broth person and I tasted the broth before putting any toppings on. The waiter was very kind and greeted me with a smile. The restaurant has tvs and also music in the background, the restaurant is also cute. I got a complimentary egg roll, and wow the egg roll was super crunchy not soggy at all. And the filling was so flavorful and delicious. Called in a Togo order yesterday and was told 10 minutes. Got there and then waited another 25-30 minutes. I had to ask for an update. It looks like they took over the location and have not changed any of the signage. There was no AC and it was HOT in there. Place looked clean. Got home and realized they missed part of our order. I didn't go back because I didn't want to deal with waiting again. Food we did get was alright. Fried onion on the vermicelli noodle was a cool addition. My son had to work late so we were looking for a close enough place to have some pho nearby. I found this place on yelp and it looked like it just barely opened because they didn't have much photos or reviews on yelp yet and we love to help promote new businesses in the area. First off don't get confused. The name on the outside of the restaurant does not match yelp business name. There's a large yellow banner hung in the front of the building though with the correct name. The other really cool item on the banner offers an awesome special that I has not seen anyone offer. BUY 3 PHO, GET 1 FREE! FREE DRINK, AND FREE EGGROLL WITH ORDER. I asked how long they plan on having the special and they said as long as the banner is up the special is good. Now for the food and service. The service was really good. We were seated immediately. Our free items were mentioned right away and brought to our table pretty quickly. All of the food was hot and delicious. No complaints at all. The servers were always checking on us if we needed anything. A great impression from a great new pho place in Lakewood. We will definitely be back for more of the items to try on the menu. Don't wait too long to try this place because the special alone was definitely worth it. My husband and I thought we were at the wrong restaurant and almost drove off because they still have the sign up for "mlem mlem crab", but I'm glad we looked through the reviews and realized we were in the right place before driving off. The service was great! They were really attentive and kind. They gave us complimentary egg rolls with a really yummy sauce - not the usual fish sauce that we get when we order egg rolls from other Vietnamese restaurants. You could tell the spring rolls were made fresh to order and not just sitting in the back. The shaken beef really flavorful and tender. We'll definitely be back! read more

We recently had a small birthday celebration at this place and it turned out to be the perfect choice. Loved the cozy vibe. What really caught me off guard, in a good way, was finding a spot that serves seafood boil and pho. Exactly what I didn't know I needed. We started with the seafood boil, and wow - it was amazing!!!! I was never really a fan of frozen crawfish before but these were cooked/mixed so well with the sauce. I couldn't believe that I enjoyed eating frozen crawfish. The sauce had that a little bit of a kick which I loved. After a few rounds of cold beers and all that seafood, we wrapped up with a warm bowl of beef pho - perfect way to end the night. The broth was rich and comforting, the meat from the beef rib was so tender. Service was a bit slow at times but for a mom-and-pop spot, not a big deal. The manager checked in with us often to make sure everything was good, which I really appreciated. Full disclosure: I also won a Labubu from their contest (lucky me!), but even with out that, I'd be back for the food. Forgot to add that their eggrolls were out of this world. I usually don't leave negative reviews but I recently had a very unfortunate experience. I've been here a few times before in the past but my last order of pho there was literally a hair in my noodles, I didn't notice until I went home so I had to drive back over again in the rain. I called before I went so they knew the issue, when I arrived I was met with a short older asian lady and her first words to me was ("So what you want!! Huh? What you want!) I was so took back by her response I couldn't even respond how I wanted. No sorry or empathy for what just happened with their hair..I just asked for a new meal but I believe I should've been compensated for that meal at least bc of the unsanitary hair and time I had to drive in the rain on top of the rudest lady not showing any compassion or care. I told the actual owner the next day when he was there the full issue and he literally did not show any care whatsoever. Like I stated I've been here before multiple times but this last time really made me feel unwelcome and not cared for at all even in the slightest. I will not be giving this place anymore of my hard earned money or time, treated me very rudely over a hair caused by them. read more

Wow was not expecting such an amazing experience! I was expecting just some basic comfort pho with my nanny baby and gosh we both were blown away! The oxtail pho was fantastic the oxtail was incredibly tender and the broth was amazing I didn't add anything except for their chili oil!!!!!! This chili oil is amazing!! It took my pho out of this park. We were the only ones here and I was so surprised with how good the food was. Service was superb she made sure we had all we needed and was so sweet to my nanny baby. The restaurant itself is very comfortable and the music is really cool even though I can't understand the language lol but we enjoyed ourselves so so much.
