Service and food quality is always top notch The best summer rolls and peanut sauce I've found in the area

Always liked this Vietnamese restaurant when I worked down the street so I tried it for Uber delivery. The Shrimp with Lemongrass was very flavorful and we enjoyed the Spring and Summer Rolls. The Shrimp & Broccoli Stir Fry over Vermicelli was also on point. A step up in flavor over typical Chinese takeout. Although the staff was extremely friendly, the food was subpar if that. the Pho did not have much meat but tons of noodles and there werent many options of different meats. They had a bigger seafod pho section. I was told by staff that the menu reflects the demand of the area where they stand. the Thai tea... bleh.. not home made infact the after taste was indiciative of instant thai tea. The plus however was their homemade peanut sauce. creamier and tastier than normal.

Impressed with every little detail ! Food was absolutely amazing. I got pho as usual and the soup base wasn't overlynervous salty. The noodles were cooked right and there was a good amount of sliced beef. I'm happy that there wasn't a big plate of bean sprouts because I don't usually add all of it, and the smaller portion just looked perfect for my size of bowl anyways. Their jalapeño was fresh too. The only down side is I only had one slice of lime. Usually I get three at other places. But I didn't bother ask for more. I'm sure they would've given me extra if needed. The environment is stunning. It's so clean. The restrooms were super clean too! I was shocked .... I always check for clean restrooms at each restaurant, it's one of my petpeeves The host is super friendly and attentive. I think the owner was the one who served my food. He was very friendly. It seemed like he knew each guest by name. Super personable. They also have a full bar so I'm sure it's good to just come grab a drink at the bar.

I've been to Saigon Flavors about 6 times and the food is Always Delicious, comes out Hot and the servers are quick to re-fill your water or check in on you, what's not to like? Today, as much as I would Love a big bowl of Pho, it's just too damn hot out to really enjoy it. Instead- a big bowl of vermicelli and spring roll. The photo below is #52

If I'm rating just on tastes, consider this place your average pho restaurant, which is pretty good overall. Services and ambiance are for sure better than some of the cheaper places though. And of course, you pay for ambiance and services, so the price is about 15%-20% pricier than your average pho. This place is super conveniently located in a big plaza, and I live literally 5 mins away. So I would come here for convenience. But if you are looking for cheap and amazing pho, definitely go to somewhere on Colonial instead.

Delicious food, good drinks and AMAZING service. Definitely a great addition to the Oviedo area. Service - A++++++ Some of the best service I have ever experienced. The entire wait staff brought their A game that night. It's so refreshing to be able to go enjoy a night out and experience the terrific service that my family and I did. By reading the reviews of my fellow Yelpers, it seems that excellent service is the norm at Saigon. Saigon, keep up the good work! Food - A All the food was tasty and fresh. Although, I have to admit that even though it was delicious, the Pho was not the best I have had. The pancake is delicious and highly recommended. Bookmark Saigon Flavors now because it's a must try.

I really wanted to love this place since it's so close to my sons school and I could fix my Vietnamese craving close by. I ordered the Banh Xeo and it was rather greasy. Nice size but really greasy so I hardly ate it. My daughter got the eggrolls and it was ok.

$45 worth of food. That's where it ended up.

I also ordered the shrimp and pork summer rolls and it was very fresh and paired well with the peanut sauce to dip. The pad Thai was a little dry on the sauce front. From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and incredible aromas set the stage for a fantastic dining experience. Every spoonful delivered a perfect balance of savory spices and comforting warmth. The beef was tender ano plentiful, while the fresh herbs, bean sprouts, lime, and jalapeños allowed me to customize each bite exactly to my taste. I also added tendon which was so delicious and melted in your mouth! The portion size was generous, making it an excellent value, and everything tasted exceptionally fresh. Whether you're a longtime pho enthusiast or trying Vietnamese cuisine for the first time, this restaurant is well worth a visit. This place stays busy, especially during lunch and dinner hours, so expect a little wait during peak times. The dining room can get packed and lively, but that just adds to the energy. The pho is the main draw. When the broth is on point, it's rich, aromatic, and deeply comforting -- exactly what you want in a solid bowl of phở. The portions are generous, noodles are cooked well, and the fresh herbs and bean sprouts round everything out nicely. Their combination pho is a safe choice, and the vermicelli bowls and rice plates are great alternatives if you're not in a soup mood. That said, the broth can sometimes be a little inconsistent in flavor. Some visits it's bold and perfectly balanced; other times it may lean lighter and need a bit of extra lime or sauce to adjust to your taste. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's noticeable if you're a regular. Overall, Pho Huong Lan remains a dependable, comforting, and very popular Vietnamese staple. Come hungry, expect a crowd, and enjoy a satisfying bowl of pho.

Overall, the experience was a bit of a mixed bag, leaning toward mediocre for the price point. The Food * The Pork: The highlight of the dish was definitely the grilled pork. It was well-seasoned, flavorful, and cooked well. * The Rice & Fillings: Unfortunately, the balance of the bowl was way off. A massive portion, easily half the bowl, was just plain white rice. To make matters worse, they do not serve traditional Vietnamese fish sauce (nước chấm), leaving a huge mountain of rice completely dry and flavorless. * The Veggies: The pickled daikon and radish were pretty underwhelming and didn't bring that bright, crisp punch you usually expect in a Vietnamese bowl. Value & Atmosphere * Value: At $17.00, a bowl like this is quite high for what you actually get. Paying a premium price for a dish that is 50% plain rice and missing its core sauce feels like a letdown. * Atmosphere: The saving grace of the experience was the setting. The supporting atmosphere of the Food Factory is a massive plus, as it's a great, lively environment to hang out in. Verdict: If you are craving an authentic, well-balanced Vietnamese pork bowl with all the traditional fixings, you might want to look elsewhere. Underwhelming for $17.00, but the vibe of the venue helps save the overall experience.

We tried two: drunken noodles and garlic noodles. Both were flavor packed and had no room for improvement. Also, shoutout for generous portions! We also sampled around the other shareable options. Had bao buns and the wings. Both options were tasty but the bao buns were a bit dry. A sauce would have leveled them up big time. The chicken wings were nice and crispy but the sauces could have also used a tad more flavor. Overall notes that the noodle options are a 5/5 and the shared plates are more like a 4/5. Definitely worth a stop if you're visiting the food factory! Everything is served conveniently for dine in or take out depending on your preference!
