The restaurant opened at 5:00 PM, and we arrived at 5:30 PM. We discovered there were already 80 people ahead of us. We spoke with the front desk and learned we could sit at the restaurant's bar. From the menu, we ordered the Domu Wings, Cheezus, Curry Ramen, and Mango Lychee Lemonade. We soon received our lemonade and chicken wings. The lemonade was a good, refreshing drink to begin our dinner. We became fans of Domu Chicken Wings; they were perfectly made and crunchy, and we loved every bite. The sauce on the chicken wings was also delicious and paired perfectly with them. Following that, we enjoyed Cheezus, which was another wonderful appetizer. Paired with the baguette, it was delicious and served as an excellent start to the meal. Both appetizers, the Chicken Wings and the Cheezus, were absolutely perfect and provided a fantastic beginning to our dinner. Following that, we enjoyed our Chicken Curry Ramen, which was delicious, well-flavored with all the spices, chicken, and excellent ramen for dinner, making it a great choice for the meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, service, and ambiance at DOMU, which is why they have been recognized as a Michelin Restaurant for the past four years.

The service was top-notch. The restaurant itself is super cute and had a very warm ambiance (also pretty casual which was nice!). And the food... y'all I can see why everyone hypes this place up because it really is PHENOMENAL. The Richie Rich ramen is the best Ramen I have ever had. The broth was delicious. The meat was cooked to perfection and I was so happy to have leftovers for the next day. The wings were the best wings I've had in a very long time or probably even ever lol (no exaggeration because if you try them, you'll totally understand and agree with me). I truly can't wait to go back and try more things from the menu!

It was delicious but my girlfriend still prefers the one at hawkers (). The noodles were a good kind of spice and tasted delicious with the chicken and shrimp. In my opinion, the chicken tasted better than the shrimp. The bulgogi was good and came with a decent amount of sauce and surrounding lettuce. It came with 3 skewers with about 4 pieces on each and tasted good with the lettuce. Overall it was good food, and I'd be down to explore the menu again.

I think the beef was a little more salty to me, but it was still amazing with some hoisin mixed in! It was pretty crowded considering the dinner rush, but every employee was very nice and attentive!

The service from the valet, our server, the food runners, and any one else that was around quickly picked up every plate soon as we were done. The food was as incredible as we remembered. For starters we had the wagyu carpaccio and toro tartare, but were super fresh and flavors were perfectly balanced. For the main course we got the sticky ribs with a side of steamed rice and a couple of sushi rolls. If you haven't had their sticky ribs, it's an absolute must try. I don't know what they do to them but they are super tender fall off the bone but still have a slight crunch when you bite. The sauce/flavor is something I've never had...like a sweet teriyaki bbq of some sort. The Tom Yum Roll and Spicy Tuna roll were also great, not anything I would rant about but genuinely good and fresh. The desserts were both incredible!! The cream brûlée was sweet but not overpowering and the texture was perfect. The lava cake was nice and hot! Served with some fantastic ice cream that wasn't only vanilla, it had a hint of something! All in all it was a wonderful night, we really look forward to going back.

Everything was perfect from the service, to the ambience, to the delicious sushi, appetizers, and dessert. My friends ordered the Shishido peppers for an appetizer, and I tried if you bite and they were delicious. They weren't spicy at all, and they were very flavorful. I ordered the hokkaido roll because I am a huge fan of crab and it was delicious. I tried if you buy some Hawaiian roll and that was also very fresh and yummy, but I definitely preferred the hokkaido roll more. My one friend ordered the mushroom udon noodles and I snagged a small bite of them and they were very buttery and delicious. It did take a long time to get to the table and it was quite a small portion. My friends ordered the green tea, crème brûlée and the blueberry cheesecake and both were amazing! The Ube cheesecake was one of the best cheesecakes I've ever tasted before. It was topped with a warm marshmallow fluff, and the graham cracker crust was perfect. A bunch of my friends ordered cocktails and they all enjoyed them. Parking is a bit of a nightmare here but luckily I snagged a spot out back. They also offer valet.

There's a good amount of seating inside the restaurant, at the bar, and outside in the patio. I recently went again for a birthday dinner and of course as expected... they exceeded my expectations! During this visit we ordered a few sushi rolls, Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice, Crab Fried Rice, and the Matcha Creme Brulee. Everything was super fresh and so flavorful! My favorites were hands down the Crab Fried Rice (which was a HUGE portion) and the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice, those dishes were so good. I also had an old fashioned which was nice and tasty... I just wished they used a big rock instead of chipped ice as it watered the drink down a bit. Overall, I had yet another great experience at Seito.
