I was under the weather this last week with a sinus infection, and I really wanted pho to nurse me back to health. This was my first time trying pho Que 91 and I was a little scared ordering takeout but I was blown away by the presentation. I ordered the chicken pho and that came in a container with the noodles and onions, and the chicken seemed like it was rotisserie. The broth was in a separate container and the fixings with the lime, jalapeño, greens, and bean sprouts were in a separate bag. Everything was very fresh and flavorful. Just what I needed! I also asked for a side of hoisin sauce and chili oil to make it all come together. I forgot to ask for siracha, but luckily I had some at home! I also ordered a small side of pork fried rice. I'm not joking when I say this is the best pork fried rice I've EVER had. It was extremely flavorful and had a good amount of carrots and peas. I hate when restaurants skimp out on the veggies in the rice. The more the merrier for me! This spot will now be in my weekly/biweekly takeout rotation. Everything was phenomenal! The pho was $14 and the rice was $9. Worth every penny. read more

Just when I thought there could not be a better pho place, my friend and I ran into Pho Que. What makes me crave their pho every day is their BROTH. You can tell that they did not make this broth instantly in one hour. It seems apparent that this is very slow simmered for at least 24 hrs and it's worth every sip. The only cons are that it's closed on Monday, and is that it's so far away from me all the way in Apopka and I'm in Deltona :( If I lived in the neighborhood, I would eat it at least every other day just for the broth. Hold up, they must know their broth is on point too, because this is the only place that charges like $10 if you want a separate container. The going price is usually $5, so that's another con that I wish they would be more reasonable about now that I think about it! :-/ I'm gonna cry too much because every time I take a sip it touches my soul. It's been a while so I'm going to head out that way again this week! If you're in Apopka, I envy you and you should check this place out. Highly recommended. read more

I'm so glad I found this place! It's small, in a strip plaza where you wouldn't think something this good would be placed. Everything was delicious, we could taste the freshness in all of the items we tried. I cannot wait to be back, their pho was the most flavorful I've ever had . Stopped in for a quick lunch. The server was very helpful in helping us choose. My coworker had the pho and said it was delicious and I had the steak and shallot noodle which I will be craving until I return. Large portions, we both had leftovers. Finally, some good Pho near home! I was craving some good Pho, and I usually head down to Orlando to the Little Vietnam area, but I decided to look on Yelp and came across this place, not far from home at all. However, it's in Apopka, so I did not have high hopes, but at least the reviews were good. My wife and I arrived, it is located in a strip mall. We walked in and it's a very small place, really no vibe and a bit cluttered, very typical of a restaurant in Vietnam! They did have a few tables and a counter for ordering. The hostess took us to a table, we sat down and she gave us menus and told us to order at the counter when ready. We perused the menu and decided on the Summer Rolls and we each ordered a bowl of Pho. Sadly, they have no alcohol, I always enjoy a cold beer with my Pho. There was a water dispenser, so I filled up 2 cups for my wife and me. I paid after ordering and sat back down. There was a steady stream of people picking up orders, but the tables filled quickly with people wanting to eat at the restaurant. The Spring Rolls arrived, along with the required Peanut Sauce, and they were incredible! Filled with shrimp, pork, noodles, and lettuce- and the Peanut Sauce was perfect! The kitchen is right behind the counter, and 2 chefs were back there clattering away cooking, it made me feel as if I was in Ho Chi Minh City enjoying a meal. We finished our rolls and 2 large bowls of steaming hot Pho arrived, with a large plate of bean sprouts, sliced jalapenos, lime and Thai Basil. The broth smelled amazing and once I took a bite, I WAS back in Saigon! The noodles were also on point and the beef was tender, flavorful, and delicious. I asked our server for some chili, and she brought me a container of very hot and spicy, but flavorful chili. which both my wife and I added to our Pho. I finished my bowl and my wife could only eat half, so she took the rest home. All the staff were friendly and smiling, and checked on us several times. I was amazed to find such good Vietnamese food here in Apopka, Pho Que rivals ANY place in Orlando, hell some of the best Pho I have had outside of Vietnam! If they moved to a larger space and added decor and some vibe, they would be the hit of Apopka! Seeing how busy they were, I hope they expand, because I would be here at least once a week. read more

This little hole-in-the-wall pho spot completely blew me away. From the outside it looks unassuming, but the food is phenomenal. The pho broth was rich, flavorful, and deeply comforting--easily some of the best I've had. I also ordered the steak rice noodle dish and it was absolutely scrumptious; I couldn't put my bowl down. To top it off, I had a mango smoothie with boba. It was perfectly balanced--not too sweet, freshly blended, and so refreshing. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and homemade. This place recently opened up and I had to give it a try. I read the reviews that it might take awhile for food to be prepared so I called ahead and ordered takeout to save time. I went to pick it up at the designated time and it was all ready to go and punctual and the employees were nice. Since I was in and out of the establishment so fast I can't speak for the ambiance. For the food: I had the lemongrass pork vermicelli noodles and the spring rolls appetizer. This comes with two and a delicious peanut sauce. Overall the portions are huge and it's delicious. Just wish there was more sauce for the bowl and the pork had a lot of ligament bits so it was all really chewy but the flavor was top notch. Wanting something new in the Apopka area and decided to give this place a try, so very happy that we did! We decided on takeout as it was a long week but the person who answered the phone was lovely and while I'm sure she was busy she was happy to explain a few menu items to me. We tried the shaking beef rice plate, which I assumed would Be spicy based on the symbol on the menu but it was not. It was however the most tender beef full of flavor! We also tried the lemongrass chicken bowl which was fresh and had a crisp lemongrass flavor. The fried spring rolls were perfectly crisp and well balanced. The order includes two but they are easily long enough to be cut and made an order of 4. We also tried a lemongrass noodle bowl, the pork fried rice, and the iced Vietnamese coffee with sweetened condensed milk. I truly can't say one bad thing about this place. The food is alright. The banh mi, for its size, is over priced, the bread is slightly stale, the veggies were chewy instead of crisp. We also got the bun bowls, they were alright as well. Heard some good things about this newly opened restaurant so decided to try it since we were visiting near the area. It is a quaint space with minimal seating on a strip mall. The ladies are super friendly and patient as we tried to figure out what to order. We love Viet food and their pho broth is as comparable to the more known spots in Mills50 area. It's clean and savory. They differ a bit in that their meat dishes run a bit more saucy like the Bo luc lac in the salad and the lemongrass chicken in the sandwich. I'm used to more of a drier consistency, but still flavorful and delicious. The banh mi bread had a great crisp, but the savory meat needed more pickled veggies and less sauce to balance it out. I know they are new and still getting their feet wet, but I was still disappointed they didn't have any chicken pho. Will have to try again next time! I also love how they have that super hot wok a that you can see as they prepare the dishes. I'm just sad I didn't get any fried rice cause I bet it slaps with that wok fire! We love to see new businesses add some diversity to the area, especially the Apopka/Altamonte area. So rooting for this place to be successful and continue to improve. read more

This place just open, and I'm pleased to have randomly found this place on yelp when I was craving homemade food. When you walk in you're greeted with a friendly face at the counter. I like that you can get a medium or large pho. I got the medium and still could not finish the bowl. I ordered pho Dac biet and it was authentic and just what I needed to get a taste of homemade cooking since my parents are hours away. I also got the iced Vietnamese coffee with condense milk and fresh lemonade. Both are priced extremely fair and affordable for Orlando ($4 ea.) and both so delicious. Especially the fresh lemonade, it's addicting and you can't stop sipping it. If you need a boost of energy, get the viet coffee. There's two options- sweet or no sweet. The name gives me pause but I am here for it. I am a PHO QUEEN. I was sad to move away from my favorite Pho spot in South Florida but so excited to see one that is literally 7 minutes away from my front door. Yes, it takes a long time for food to be prepared. I am used to that with Pho kitchens and I am happy to wait for good food. My first order at any Pho spot will always be a house special or combo beef. In this house, I ordered the house special combo. This large bowl for $16 comes with a quail egg, steak, meatball, brisket, tendon, and tripe. Great price for what you get! For an appetizer we got the firecracker shrimp and they were not what we expected (we expected something like the bang bang shrimp). It was instead shrimp wrapped in a rice roll and fried with a spicy dipping sauce. It was okay, but not what we were looking for. Finally the Pho came with a hefty pile of herbs and toppings. The broth was PHONOMENAL (yeah, I did). I feel like there wasn't a whole lot of meat in my broth, and it was missing the tendon and the tripe entirely. The hostess/cashier welcomed us with a bright smile and was patient as we looked over the menu options. I chose the brisket pho and after my meal I was compelled to tell her that it was the best I've ever had! The brisket was so tender and the broth was very flavorful and aromatic. The only place I know of on this side of town to get authentic Vietnamese food, it is good. If I had any downside to say it is a little bit more expensive than Orlando, and they no longer serve Bhan mi. The food however is delicious and worth it, I eat there at least once a week. read more
