Something like an easy three or four. With a tween in the house, we do the malls and boba lots and this place just lends itself to our business and we're glad to give it. Polite demure hospitality. Seems they're often out of something or other but that might be the way of it in today's business world. Either way, we always seem to find something delicious. Easy to see them as a two or three because they're in the mall but they've really always been something like a three or four consistently. Happy happy happy.

It was a pleasant surprise to have a Pho option in the mall. I saw someone in the food court with the bowl and asked where it was located. The Pho and the sauces were absolutley tasty. I would have never thought such a great Pho spot would be tucked away in a mall food court. I ordered egg rolls, and for $7 I thought they would be full size rolls. They were small spring rolls but they were so full of both pork and shrimp. Everything tasted great and I am making it a point to go back. I did not give it 5 stars because it was very hard to place my order. I asked questions and was unable to get any of them answered. I was oh that is till placed the order, because it tasted great. I also had to ask for the sauces and also for utensils, I assumed that it would come with my order. They do have Boba options, and lots of people waited for them. I don't do Boba but my daughter wants to go back and try it!

This is a cute little spot in the middle of the food court I really enjoyed my Vietnamese iced coffee by it's was like 8$ which is a lot but it makes me feel better knowing I'm helping out a small business and not a giant corp like Starbucks or something lol. And it's so delicious for the coffee I really love it there were two cute Asian ladies working the store and they remind me of my mom lol awww. The phở is pretty decent too I've had it before but come on it's a mall shop don't come here expecting the best phở of your life but if you have the craving this will definitely fill that for you. Come check it out hehe.

Inside the food court at Alamonte Mall, this is a solid location. They serve up a variety of pho options and my personal fave is the meatball. They have the broth ready to go but they don't at anything to it until you order. They have soda foundation options and bottled juices and water. They have sauces at the pickup side if you wish to add anything. I like the eel sauce! Staff here is friendly and quick. They are always nice and I'm never hungry for long! Overall: A Great food court option served up quick!

I am not sure why this place has so many negative reviews. I mean...it's mall food, it can't be put on the same scale as that of a restaurant. For what it is, I'd say it was very good and definitely a good quick fix for pho cravings while doing some shopping. I haven't been to the food court at Altamonte Mall in years. Today, I spotted the Pholicious kiosk and was very pleasantly surprised. It is not everyday that you could find a Vietnamese food joint in the middle of a mall. I ordered the seafood pho (large) and a Thai tea (regular). The people that were behind the counter weren't extra perky, but they were nice and polite. One of the girls asked if I like spicy and if I would like some lime with my pho. The Thai tea was sweeter than I expected, but I didn't mind it. The pho was pretty good for it being mall food. I liked that the broth was clear and not greasy. It did not leave me feeling like I'm dying of thirst afterwards and that is always a good sign. There was a decent amount of fish balls and shrimp in my pho. The veggies tasted fresh and were plentiful. Obviously if you compare this to a real Vietnamese restaurant, it would not surpass. However, considering that they don't have a full kitchen, and literally being behind a counter in the middle of a mall, I think Pholicious was pretty delicious. I don't come to Altamonte mall often, but I will sure eat Pholicious again when I come back to this mall.

Every time I come here they are always so nice and attentive. Their boba is AMAZING! Every time I come to the mall it is a MUST to stop here

Small chicken pho with sriracha and hoisin

Was a good quick pho fix before I picked up my order from Torrid. This is inside the Altamonte Mall and because I live so close to the mall, I'll probably be back! I got a small chicken pho and I enjoyed it. The chicken itself was just ok but the broth was tasty. I was surprised they didn't offer jalapeños with the pho but I didn't bother asking because I'm not really supposed to be eating them right now anyway lol. Add some sriracha and hoisin and yumm.

Vietnamese coffee, strawberry slushy, spring and summer rolls.

Being generous with the rating, but pretty good Vietnamese food in a mall food court, so they deserve a good rating. Tried the spring and summer rolls, Vietnamese coffee, and a strawberry slushy. Everything was fresh and authentic tasting. Is this the highly seasoned Vietnamese food you find on Coloniel Drive in downtown Orlando, not exactly. This is great and exotic fast food from a little mall stand with just a few employees. Considering the food court choices, this is a definite winner! Have a spring roll and relax here.

Chicken and veggie pho

I'll admit, the Pho I had (grilled chicken and vegetables) was actually pretty good, the summer rolls with shrimp and grilled chicken were also better than I would have expected, but the service... Every single person behind the counter looked as if they were literally being forced to be there, no smile, not really caring whether I was there or not and yet if I were to show up at the Altamonte food court again, I probably would end up eating here again, I know, I don't get it either but, there it is.

Thai iced bubble tea

We spotted this place only after we had finished eating but as I wanted something dessert-y mum and I decided to split a Thai bubble tea - small size. The $5+ cost was a bit of a shock but the ice tea tasted good and the service was very courteous so probably will be back. Note: #73 of Yelp 100 challenge for 2016

Used to get Smoothies here a lot...today it had some weird stuff in it?

Super rude employees. I had already bought 3...my niece came and has nutritional limits. We tried asking questions about ingredients and the girl pretty much laughed at us, wouldn't answer, and couldn't have cared less how offensive she was acting towards us. Won't ever buy from them again! Only giving 1 star because it won't let me give zero

Pholicious - Boba fruit tea mango

Pholicious is an indoor kiosk restaurant located at the food court entrance of the Altamonte Springs Mall. It's important to note that I only tried Boba tea at this establishment and I cannot comment on the food. Pholicious offers Boba in tea and smoothie forms. The Boba fruit tea with popping pearls I ordered was not the consistency I am accustomed to with Boba teas; it is a thick and strong fruit flavor which may be an interesting change for some Boba fans who are looking for something different than the usual refreshment, but unfortunately I didn't care for the textures in the drink. One staff member was working on the day of my visit and she was extremely kind. There was a slight language barrier that caused the ordering process to be lengthy given the one-drink order but the tea was presented exactly as ordered. The Pholicious kiosk is open to customer view so you can see everything as it is being prepared which I enjoyed. Overall, an OK experience due to my level of enjoyment of the beverage. I will update the rating/review if I return for a food purchase. If you like Pho or Boba, try them out for yourself and see what you think!

Large taro boba smoothie before work!

Always stopping for my boba tea here when in the mall! Now they get a 4 star because their soup and food isn't bad for mall food. Their boba teas are okay just not consistent with the Boba. Average prices so I don't expect perfection. The taro milk smoothie is my absolute go to And I would say besides the inconsistency with the boba they make it is very good. Some days their boba comes out too soft. I have had their rice paper rolls and their peanut sauce is good! Overall if I could give this a half star it would be about 3.5. I give it the 4 because I do return and I wouldnt be embarrassed to share a meal with someone at this establishment. Especially considering its hard to find boba in this area. :)

They had bad service. And the boba tasted like soap. I would not advice to go here for boba.

I really wanted to like this place. Even though it's a quick serve concept, the quality shouldn't be this bad.

I've eaten here a bit , and I am glad to see that they have a new small size Vietnamese coffee. It's clean especially for the mall.

I ordered the chicken fingers, fries and a drink. Just the standard experience of a chicken shop. It came with some coleslaw and a piece of Texas toast so that was a nice addition. The food was all good. The crinkle cut fries are a favorite of mine so that earns points with me. The chicken was good. Better than some of the other fast food spots but wasn't overly flavorful. The sauce was good. Couldn't put my finger on it but it had a good flavor that complimented the chicken. Coleslaw and toast were both great sides. Overall, I'd give them another shot if I was craving chicken. It wasn't the greatest meal I'd ever had but it was definitely good. I think there was a lot of hype from people I talked to before trying it but in the end, it was a good meal.

I ordered the 4 box combo with fries and coleslaw. Service was friendly and efficient. We were greeted immediately upon walking in, and the food came out quickly. Unfortunately, the quality did not match my past experiences. The chicken tenders were small, dry, and lacked that freshly cooked texture I normally expect. The fries also tasted like they had been sitting rather than served hot and crisp. The biggest issue was the coleslaw. After just a couple of bites, I noticed an unusual taste that made me stop eating it immediately. Later that evening, I began feeling sick to my stomach, and that feeling continued through the night. I have had better experiences at other Raising Cane's locations, but food quality and freshness are essential at any restaurant. This visit did not meet that expectation.
