UGH!! I really wanted to like this place. It wasn't bad when I was eating it. I got the summer rolls and vegetable pho with beef broth. It left a greasy aftertaste and film on my tongue; grossed me out and gave me a belly ache The summer roll was fine, but I had to pick out what I think is cow intestines (common in Viet. food, but never had them put it in a summer roll). The peanut sauce was more liquidy and very small amount was given. Very fast service though, I was in and out in under 30 mins (a rarity these days). read more

Customer service was excellent and workers were attentive to us and other customers. The Vermincelli noodle was okay, I just wish the fish sauce was more pungent and not taste slight water down. The meat didn't have much flavor to it as well and it made the whole dish taste like noodles and vegetables. I had my second meal there this evening. a simple order of Pork Fried Rice. I Thought the price of $14.00 was a bit steep so I requested 1/2 order. I brought my meal home and was disappointed in the rice meal both in looks and taste. Any fried rice meal should have a balance of carrots, peas, scallions and spices. I do feel the rice dish was mixed well with small pork pieces but no peas, no carrots, a tiny showing of green onion. The flavor was flat. 3.5 stars -- This was my first visit to Le's and I was excited to try. I ordered the beef + fried rice. I didn't notice this on the menu, but to switch from the plain noodles to the fried rice made this meal come out to close to $17. The beef is very tasty but the fried rice isn't anything special. When mixed together with the chili sauce it really was yummy. The lettuce was undressed and took up a lot of space in my to go box. There was a liquid in the container that was placed in the box, of what I can only assume to be dressing but it had a really weird flavor to me. For the most part, this was kind of wasted. That said, even though the food was overall nice, I can't imagine paying $17 + tip for it again. If I had leftovers from this that would be another story, but unfortunately I was feeling pretty "munchy" about after eating just an hour later. This place is a few minutes from my job so I come here a lot for lunch. We usually get takeout but I have dined inside a few times. The staff here are very friendly and the food is consistently good! I ordered the Special combination noodle bowl today, it comes with pork, shrimp, and a egg roll. It was really good with the fish sauce and hoisin sauce. They give you a lot of food too. The mint is a nice addition to this meal as well. On other occasions I've ordered the Vegetarian pho, it was good. I've had their fried tofu fried rice, it is amazing. I've also had their Seafood Soup which is my favorite soup from them, it's so flavorful. Much better food quality than when it was Bamboo's Vietnamese Cuisine. I'm guessing new ownership. For about 6 years I have been getting take-out from iPho in Lake Mary. While I think it has a superior taste profile on their broth compared to Le's Pho, the service at iPho is really disappointing. I mean, almost downright upsetting. Le's Pho was completely different. They answered the phone right away. Positive tone in their voice. Repeated the order back. Made the food quicker. Was extremely courteous when coming in to pick it up. Night and day difference to the service I receive at iPho (and when I say 6 years, I mean almost every week for 6 years - and they still refuse to learn my name or recognize me, and that's when I can get them to answer the phone.) To that end, I think Le's Pho will earn my ongoing business for customer service alone. Their egg rolls were good. Their pho with beef was good (not as good as iPho, but at least here it comes with a smile). Their combination rice platter was good. Their shrimp fried rice was on the bland side, but still good. I enjoyed this and will be returning regularly. Weeknight wow with this humble Vietnamese restaurant. It's a quiet place in a strip mall, but saw a steady stream of to go orders. So it has to be good. Tried this place out for the second time and have to say it's truly delicious. There is some seating outside, one longer table in front, but perfect if you need to eat outside. Inside is nice and they have some flat screen TVs in there too. Loved B1, a rice noodle bowl with pork, shrimp, a spring roll, and vegetables. The pho was absolutely delicious and the broth really made it perfect. If you order their summer rolls, the beef ones are spectacular. Went here with my family, we been coming here since the original owners which were amazing then it sold and it wasn't good and then it got sold again and this is where we are now. Place looks the same clean and spaced out, serviced seemed nice. Ordered the egg rolls, pho and a beef rice dish. Egg rolls were good and the pho too. Now this is why I have them a 3 star it took for ever to get our food like 40 mins, when it came out the beef dish was ice cold. We ordered the spring rolls with grilled pork as an appetizer. I also ordered a Thai tea and P1 combination, beef phó and everything was delicious. The only downside is I wish there was a little bit more meat in the soup, it appears as if it was just one piece of meat per type.
