    Grilled pork bahn mi

2025 and guess what their sandwiches are still $5.00!! Pair this with their coconut juice it's chef's kiss . I loved how their bread is warm and has a crusty buttery glaze and all the stuff inside super fresh and crunchy. There is a cultural thing happening here where ppl complain about the order lady and honestly I feel it's just a cultural thing. She's not intentionally rude. She's actually nice. We're all different.

Love this spot for my bahn mi fix! The lady at the front is always happy when we come by. The sandwich is always good, and I try to stop by at least once a week. The inside is small and the tables are very small. They can get pretty packed during lunchtime so keep that in mind.

Other than my smoothies being full all the way, the food was delicious quick and fast

Very large Banh mi with good protein bread ratio. Tasty and a true Banh mi. Pickle garnish cut just the right size.

Delicious authentic viet food. Make sure to their sugarcane drink and combination banh mi or grilled pork banh mi

    Veggies bagged separately

This was by far (in my opnion) the best vietnamese sandwich spot I've been to since living here in Texas. Bread was fresh, light crunch on the outisde & soft dough on the inside. You buy 3 get 1 for free and the prices range about $5 roughly. I ordered the BBQ Pork sandwich and they bagged the veggies separately(jalepenos, cilantro & pickled carrots) which I could respect, not everyone likes all the veggies in the sandwich. The pork meat in the sandwich was nice & warm and the seasoning was soooo flavorful. I will be going back here again!!

Wow. I have eaten MANY banh mi in my life but this was the best without a doubt. The price of $5 per sandwich is unbeatable, and honestly, a good banh mi should never cost more than $7. As for the sandwich itself, it was FILLED to the brim with delicious meats, veggies, and spreads. They did everything right, and you can TASTE the authenticity from the rich liver pate, fresh veggies, and perfect balance of meats in this PACKED sandwich. The service was quick and way. And the ambience is good for a quick lunch or grab and go. I can't recommend this place enough. Saigon Deli is truly a hidden gem.

I've been searching for a decent Vietnamese sandwich and I finally found it. They packed on the meat and veggies. I like mine warm so I toasted the sandwich and it was perfectly crunchy. The lady working there was very friendly. Now I know where to go when I'm craving a Vietnamese sandwich.

    Combination bang mi

The place is small but cute and very clean. Walked in and was kindly greeted by cashier. I placed my order for a combination bang mi and it was given to me within 15 seconds. They are pre made and I was wanting to make changes. I wanted it warmed and minus the jalapenos, but I picked out the jalapeño at the table. They only have sweetened sodas and drinks, not good since I am a diabetic. Had not had a cold bang mi before, but it was good. Plenty of meat and veggies for the price.

Not cheap on the meat! delicious little shop, if you're craving Ba Le but u don't wanna drive the 30 minutes, this is a great 2nd choice for Vietnamese banh mi. The meat is filled! Heavy on the pate and mayo sauce. Fresh veggies. No complaints there. The bread is buttery and fluff. The only down side is they do limit you on buying just the bread alone, which is 3 for $1. I was only allowed $3 worth, u gotta hit up Nguyen Loi or Vietnam plaza if u need more plain bread. Understandable, it's a shop they need their breads for other customers order too

    Combination banh mi

Best banh mi ever! I ordered combination and grilled pork. Very fresh crusty bread and Generous amount of fresh vegetables in it. Just be careful for fresh jalapeños with seeds. We really loved! Plus buy 3 sandwiches and get 1 free!!!

Hey! A banh mi shop in Haltom City! Came in this past weekend to try this place out. Being that it's still new, the interior was clean and decorated in modern decor. The space is tight with just a few tables and several chairs to sit on while you wait for your order. The cashier was nice and friendly and spoke perfect English (for non-Viet people). Placed my order to go for 4 combination banh mi w/veggies on the side. The order did not take long at all! Compared to my go-to place in Arlington, this was like Jimmy John's fast! So how was the banh mi? It was decent. The bread had a bit of a chew to it and also split when I opened the sandwich up. The combination banh mi had a nice variety of meats and I really enjoyed the pate. All in all it was a good banh mi and I would come back again. They offer smoothies and dessert drinks also. I still like my banh mi spot in Arlington more, but it's great having one so much closer to home!

They have a produce section, a fish market, they sell a lot of food and even chinaware. We walked the whole market and even though we did not find the snacks he was looking for we found some glass noodles that I had really been wanting to try to cook on my own. They have about 5 lanes. But the amount of people in the store compared to the lanes resulted into a pretty long line. We stood in line for about 10 minutes and only ended up buying the noodles. Well, when we got to the register, we found out that you have to buy $10 worth of items to use your credit or debit card. Thankfully, I had a little bit of cash on me or we would have been standing in line for nothing. In the future, we will only stop by if we have cash and if we don't have anywhere to be, because we may have to stand in line for a while.

I used to trek far to Arlington for groceries but I'm so glad I've discovered this local gem and have been coming here since. The highlight of the grocery store is the fresh herbs, mushrooms, and produce. Most herbs are sold by bunch around $1.39 or so and I could not find these herbs anywhere at the chain groceries. I've been able to cook canh chua, lau, pho, bun rieu, etc thanks to this grocery store. A few other things available on the weekend include the roasted pork, duck, and banh mi. Along the check out line, a few pre-made meals are made as well as banh bao (kept hot in a steamer shelf). While the store is old and could be better well maintained, I'm really appreciative of all the Asian spices and veggies I wouldn't be able to obtain otherwise. The aunties who work at the checkout station are very kind and helpful (having given me some tips on which brands of dried goods to buy, advice on cooking, etc).
