Family owned and operated and amazing! I love their banh mi thit nuong! Easy in and out which is exactly what you want from a banh mi restaurant. It's also in the same plaza as Airoma so a drink from there and a sandwich from Saigon Baguette is a win of a combo!

Pretty good sandwich place in Chinatown. In a shopping center so usually good parking. Shop is small and probably mainly for to go orders. They to have a nice outside eating area with a couple of tables and chairs. Menu is straightforward as is ordering. Older lady taking orders is friendly and even brings the sandwiches to you if you're outside. Menu choices are basic but have the main sandwiches choices for banh mi. I got a pork pastry and a special Combination #3 from the menu. Size is good (see pic) and filled with decent amount of ingredients - enjoyed the flavor. Want to try the roast pork next time. Good place to grab a banh mi!

Saigon Baguette is a family-owned business serving up one of the best banh mis you can find in the Vegas area. This spot is located in the same plaza as Airoma where there is a good amount of parking spots. Inside, they have a smaller setup with a couple tables for seating. For their menu, they have all the classic banh mi options to choose from. Wifey and I stopped by for a quick lunch and got the Banh Mi Dac Biet. It was made fresh to order and we enjoyed every bite! Overall, I have tried a couple banh mi spots in the Vegas area and I can definitely say that this spot is at the top. All of the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. Come stop by to grab a banh mi and you will not be disappointed!Saigon Baguette is Viet gang approved!

Very tiny shop located in the corner of a shopping plaza. One small table for two and some counter space with stools for dining in. There is also two tables outside in front if you wish to be in the hot Vegas summer heat! The menu is quite simple, just 11 types of banh mi and 2 types of Vietnamese coffee. The price ($7.50-8.50 per sandwich and $5 for coffee) is a bit high but in-house baked baguettes and fresh ingredients make it worth it. Most customers just come in for to go orders and local regulars seem to be the norm here.

#3 Bahn mi

Thank you yelp! Another score courtesy of everyone. Found this total hole in the wall by seeking out authentic Bahn mi in Las Vegas. It is in the corner of a strip mall and it only has a few seats inside. We took a table outside. I asked the lovely lady at the register what the traditional Bahn mi was out of all their options and she stated the #3. So we ordered three of those (minus the headcheese) she said it wasn't head cheese like we were thinking but we didn't want to risk it. We waited 5 min max. The bread was warm and crunchy on the outside and super soft on the inside. A very satisfying bite. The flavor was outstanding. What an amazing introduction to the Bahn mi. This place is worth a minor detour off the strip.

Grilled pork bahn mi

Good place to get a bahn mi sandwich. Tried their deli meat (classic combo) sandwich and it tasted good with a nice amount of pate. There was a reddish-orange sauce on it which I couldn't identify. It tasted fine, but I've never had a deli bahn mi with that before. It's a small shop, but there's some seating available, along with other food items. The lady was nice and we didn't have to wait long.

One night I saw this place popped up on my screen, and I'm like down the road from it, so I decided to give it a tried. The shop opens at 9am, closed on Sunday and Wednesday Walked in I saw an older lady standing behind the counter like a Mama San. Look around the place is tiny, only like maybe 6 seats, but I think most people come here are take out. I ordered the combination sandwich, can't remember what it call, but I posted a photo and also name of it. I tried couple of Vietnamese Sandwiches here in town, but this place sandwiches seem a little longer. The sandwich is really good, also ordered the Spring Roll which always my favorite, but this spring rolls are getting expensive, even tho this place charges $7.00 for two rolls, and many restaurants now charges $9.95, I can actually make better one at home, so I don't often order this item Overall, definitely recommend, will be back Oh by the way, this shop located in the corner, if you look at their names, you will never find them, is hidden

Great family owned establishment serving tasty food that can be enjoyed inside, outdoors, or grab and go. Service is very pleasant and they didn't seem too busy when I placed my order of a grilled pork bahn mi and a lemongrass chicken banh mi with a couple of iced Vietnamese coffees to go. They have other grab and go items available, and their bread is baked fresh daily. Price point is justified with the taste and quality you get in every bite. Definitely worth supporting. Closed on Sunday and Wednesday.

Pork pate chaud

I came here before heading to the airport. I ordered the pork pate chaud and cold cut banh mi sandwich. The pate chaud is delicious, especially when they're warm and fresh. Light, pork is perfectly seasoned. $3.75 is a little expensive for its size. I'm not a fan of the banh mi sandwich because I don't like the bread loaf (I prefer the baguette). It also lacks the pate and true flavor of a Vietnamese banh mi sandwich. With so many other options in Vegas, I wouldn't come back. I recommend Lee's sandwich for their Banh Mi Sandwiches.

We ordered the Lulu's Sando box and the chips. The bread is what makes this sando amazing! The chicken katsu sandwich was definitely the winner and our favorite. The egg salad needed a little more flavor and one of the egg salad sandwiches barely had any egg salad in it, after 1 bite the rest was literally bread. The steak sandwich was tender and good. Chips had a homemade taste and seasoning was good. Service was fine, very busy and seemed short staffed. Staff was nice and doing the best they can with the crowd. While we were wawiting, seems like the owner came in and took charge and things started moving more efficiently. Overall, it was decent. If there was no wait, I'd definitely order the chicken katsu or the steak sandwich just on its' own.

Because it was our first time, we wanted to sample a little of everything (and feed hungry kids),…read moreso we ordered the Steak Sando, Spicy Chicken Katsu Sando, Shrimp Sando, Pork Belly Rice Box, and the Chef's Box. Everything came out flavorful and well put together--no bland bites, no soggy bread, and nothing felt "thrown on a plate." Even our kids (who aren't big sandwich fans) couldn't stop eating, which is basically the highest compliment in our house. The shrimp sando was the clear standout. The shrimp patty is huge--honestly burger-sized--with a crispy panko crust that stayed crunchy, and the shishito pepper mayo added just the right kick without overpowering the shrimp. The shokupan bread deserves its own shout-out too: soft and pillowy, but sturdy enough to hold everything together without falling apart or getting soggy. If you're going for just one thing, I'd start there. The Steak Sando was rich and satisfying, and the Spicy Chicken Katsu hit that comfort-food spot with a nice little heat. If you're more of a rice person (or you want something extra filling), the Pork Belly Rice Box and Chef's Box are great choices--both were packed with flavor and felt like a solid meal, not a skimpy "side box." We ordered a mix and it was perfect for sharing family-style, but everything also works as its own main. Another pleasant surprise: the space is larger than it looks from the front. There are a few high-top seats up front, plus a back room with tables and booths, so it's not just a quick grab-and-go spot. And Thursday through Saturday they set up a social lounge and offer a bonus menu with additional options. We're definitely coming back to check that out (and the karaoke setup too).
