I was told the policy is under their "About" section (not exactly where you'd expect shipping info). I wasn't asking for a full refund, just a $30 adjustment for the shipping. Instead, I was told "anyone would know" they don't ship pies on Thursdays. That was insulting. My family loved the pie, but the customer service left me incredibly disappointed. When we we were told we'd have to wait until the following Thursday as the order wasn't updated in time, we were a little disappointed, of course; however, it was really our fault, after all, and besides, Klesick's quality products are definitely worth waiting for. Fast forward a couple days later to Saturday, and as I'm outside sweeping our driveway, a small sedan suddenly pulls up and out pops Alaina with our second Box of Goods, cheerily announcing, "Well, I was going to be in the area today, so we figured we'd get this to you right away". This family-run operation is located in the beer garden at Farmstrong Brewing. Their food is what I'd call "elevated food truck," with a rotating, bistro-style menu often featuring the freshest and most in season ingredients. While I've never had a bad bite here, the star of the show is definitely their mac 'n cheese. Their sandwiches, tacos, and Asian-inspired dishes hit home runs as well. The best part is, everything they serve pairs well with any of Farmstrong's delish beers or house-brewed ciders. Most recently, I had their smash burger tacos paired with a La Raza Mexican Lager - oh yeahhhh! They also have many vegetarian options, and if you're not too hungry you can't go wrong with their crispy fries.

There is a mac and cheese flight which....come on. How can you not? And the brussels are crispy and always hit the spot as well. I especially like the mac and cheese (obv I love this) with a porter, it's filling and rich on a cooler fall day.
