Excellent experience from start to finish…read more We contacted Air Quality Testers during a very stressful time after an unscrupulous contractor caused a leak into a wall cavity, and we were concerned about mold. Everyone was patient in answering my many questions and scheduled our moisture and mold inspection promptly. Our inspector, Elizabeth, arrived exactly on time, immediately put us at ease, explained everything clearly, and investigated and documented the situation with exceptional attention to detail. Because we were especially worried about our child with asthma being exposed to mold, she even called us the next day with the preliminary results before the full written report was ready. The final report was clear, comprehensive, well documented, and easy to understand. After the remediation was completed, Elizabeth returned for the post-remediation sampling and was once again thoughtful, meticulous, and a pleasure to work with. Of the many contractors, investigators, and inspectors we've dealt with in the aftermath of the leak, Air Quality Testers stood out for their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine kindness. I would highly recommend them.

Since we're living in the house during the renovation, the delay was especially stressful--we really couldn't afford to wait weeks to get the issue resolved. I called over 10 asbestos companies. A few returned my calls, I received one estimate, but everyone else said they couldn't come out for several weeks. Then I reached out to Eisen Environmental, and Dan responded quickly. He gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone and took the time to explain the project and asbestos removal process in detail. I really appreciated this because I wasn't familiar with asbestos remediation and had a lot of questions. We felt comfortable moving forward and signed the contract that same night. The crew came out the very next business day and even showed up early so they could get started on time. They removed 12 HVAC boots with very minimal damage to the walls. I was expecting much worse, so I was extremely impressed with how carefully they handled the work. My kids and I also had to stay out until they finished. Dan and the project manager called me the moment our home was safe to return after the negative air clearance test. Thank you! From the initial response to the completion of the job, Eisen Environmental was professional, punctual, responsive, and efficient. Most importantly, they helped us get our renovation moving again much faster than we expected.
