Very nice presentation of sushi and the hibachi dinner is pretty good as well. Love the salad and soup that comes along with it

Please do not order sushi and avoid at all cost this place, they have ZERO integrity in making sushi. I called to order a $80 love boat set today and the cashier sounded lazy and unprofessional, at that moment I should have stopped ordering here. After brining at home, the sushi set did not include wasabi and ginger, so I called again but the cashier did not care much and said just come back and get it. The fishes... for $80 set they lack the varieties as you can find only tuna salmon and few amberjacks, I did ask for eels and it was $5 extra charge. All the fish look and taste like they were frozen for a long time, no freshness and tough to chew. The rolls... I guess they are lazy to use cucumbers or others inside but just squeeze mashed tunas only. Avocados on top also look old. The nigiri... as see the pictures the amount of rice is like a rice bowl per sushi, it's impossible to eat in one bite. I don't know about their tepanyaki steak but I can guess the quality already. Please avoid ordering sushi here and save your money and time.

I come to this restaurant all the time, not because I think it's good but because my daughter loves it. This week was her birthday so I made a reservation for her and I to celebrate. We sit down at a Hibachi table and get settled in. Important note, at this point there are three other people sitting at a different hibachi table who had just finished up so the place was not busy. The waitress comes over to take our order as usual. I order $37 worth of hibachi and an $11 appetizer and my daughter orders her favorite sushi plate which is $32 and an $8 salad. We both order soft drinks. At this point as you can likely do the math my bill is about $95 before taxes and gratuity. Then the waitress proceeds to tell me that I need to order a second hibachi plate if I'm going to take two seats at a hibachi table because that's the new hibachi policy. As a policy guy myself, I said no problem but could you just please just show me where it states that policy on your website, menu, or any signage in the store. She was unable to do so but insisted I needed to order a second hibachi plate or I could move to the non hibachi side of the restaurant. I nicely said I can understand why you would want someone to not take a seat at the hibachi table if they aren't going to order anything but the "second seat" you're referring to just ordered $42.50 worth of food. The waitress still insisted this was the new hibachi policy. In an effort to not make a scene on my daughters birthday I complied and order a second plate of hibachi simply so we could sit at the hibachi table. Further, and not because of the bad service but honestly for $37.00 the meal sucked as it usually does. If you want good hibachi drive the extra 15 min to New Tokyo in Plymouth.

We are regulars here! Love the people who work here. They remember your name if you go often! Tonight, we ordered our fave drinks there - Fuji Water & Bahama Mama. For apps - Money bags, shumai, fried gyoza and rainbow naruto. Dinner - sexy on the beach roll- perfect combo! Red Sox roll and Dancing Eel Roll both of had a spicy kick to it. Trust me! Order that that. Price: $108 (before tip)

Saga is our go to sushi restaurant in this area. It's always delicious and well made. On this visit we ordered to go and we were not disappointed! We ordered a few rolls but my favorites would have to be the incredible roll, which is exactly that. And the ninja roll was simply amazing. I never skip the spicy crab seaweed salad! I love that they include all of the cutlery as well as the tiny dipping bowls for the soy sauce, they're so convenient.

Bit of a wait on weekends, but on balance, the food service and price were all worth the wait.

We arrived here on Sunday, May 17th, 2026 at 3:10 p.m. We were seated right near the restrooms, and…read morethen waited for our waitress to arrive. We ordered 2 ice waters w/ lemon. She brought them to us and said she would be back. Finally, when she returned, she asked us if we wanted appetizers? We both told her yes. My charming wife of 42 years loves the mushrooms here! 5 out of 5 stars! She then turned and quickly started walking away. Strange move when one depends on tips... I shouted out, hold on. I haven't ordered my appetizer ! She walked back to our table and I ordered the chicken wings. While they were meaty, they also weren't flavorful. Good thing I at least had blue cheese. 2 out of 5 stars. (I hate buffalo sauce) We were done with our appetizers and then she finally brings over the bread and butter and tells us.. "Oh well, better late than never..." She then walks away. She returns to take our orders.. My charming wife ordered the the Ribeye, med cooked. Her steak was cooked a perfect medium, very tasty although she thought it was a bit salty with a bit of a kick to it. Her baked potato was perfect! Her broccoli was perfect!! 4 out of 5 stars. I ordered the Ribeye, med cooked. I also asked for ketchup on the side but my waitress had already returned to the ordering station which was 10 feet from our table. She says back out loud, mind you, "You're gonna ruin your steak!" which we thought was a bit unprofessional and embarrassing for us!! Ok if she had said it quietly by our table but NOT out loud!!! My steak was cooked a perfect medium, though I must agree it was a bit salty and really did have a wee lil kick to it. My mashed potatoes were great! My rice was great!! 4 out of 5 stars. I had to ask our waitress not once, not twice but 3 times for ketchup!!! Each time, she would apologize and assure me that she would bring it right on over. Well, can you believe that she NEVER brought the ketchup to our table? We are still BEWILDERED by this?!!?? Now, we all forget things, including me. However, 3 times? THREE TIMES!!!??? Going by her response to my request for ketchup in the beginning, was this deliberately done?!??? While the ketchup itself may seem trivial, I really enjoy 5 or 6 bites of steak with ketchup. We also noticed our waitress paying a lot of extra attention to another table over and over holding long conversations with them which didn't sit well with us as we felt we weren't getting the service we should have. At one point, a man from a booth came walking over to her and she asked him if there was a problem. He wasn't happy. I wish I had heard him. He went to sit back down and our waitress said to another waitress.. "I don't know what's going on today.." Whatever that meant I didn't know and was sure at that point I didn't want to know. BTW, the restaurant was 3/4 empty...She did ask me if she could bring me a dessert but I declined mostly out of fear that I would never receive it!!!...This was the first time in my 64 years, my wife's 62 years that we left just $10.00 on an $89.00 bill...Normally, we would have left 20.00 easily. The meal was 4/5 stars. The service was 1/5 stars...Overall, a 3 star experience on this particular day. We wont be returning to this location anytime soon. We hope the service improves and others don't experience this level. We are not mentioning her name. We certainly don't want anybody to loose their job. This is not our intent. A bad day is one thing but asking 3 times for anything and never receiving that of which was requested, is nothing short of mind boggling!!!...

Service was quite good, but they did ask too many times if everything was okay or if we needed any…read moresteak sauce. I ordered the T-Bone. The steak flavor is especially good. They have seasoning down to a science, and the cook was exactly as ordered. The "Loaded" baked potato has a lot of extras at no extra cost. I recommend it. Caesar Salad was fresh and tasty, but I keep forgetting to ask for extra dressing. Their fresh bread is always quite good. We split a cheese cake dessert. It was too big for the two of us. I wish they had smaller desserts at a lower price. Next time I'll try the strawberry shortcake. Before Covid, LongHorn had 4* food with high prices for what you got. Since Covid most restaurants have raised their prices a lot and reduced either the quality or the quantity of the food. LongHorn seems to be the exception. The quality seems to have gone up a bit, while the prices seem to have changed very little. What was marginal is now a reasonable value that compares with other 4* and 5* restaurants in the area. I still get annoyed by restaurants that include State Tax in their suggested tip calculations and that don't include 15% as an option, even though I almost always give more.
