We got delivery via door dash and had: Crab Rangoon, crispy chicken pad thai, cashew nut chicken. The crab ragoon was crispy and sweet..yum! Crispy chicken was a bit dry, but the pad thai noodles were very good. Cashew Nut chicken was delicious but needed more chicken and cashews... I got a lot of veggies, and I think it was zuccini. It's a TINY place, but it's BIG on flavor. First visit to Krua II. So small it's easy to miss on that stretch of Rte 6, but you'll be sorry if you miss it. We both had Tom Kar, G with veggies, mine with shrimp... they were fantastic. Large bowl and I almost got full. For our meals, G had yellow curry with veggies and tofu, and it was excellent. Had the right amount of heat. I had a Basil with shrimp, just spicy enough to mix well with the slightly sweet sauce, had to take half of it home. Yum! Great food, good value. Maybe next we'll try Krua Thai I to see what's up with that. read more

Krua Thai II has, in the past, been our choice for Thai takeout. The Wareham location is very near our cottage. The food has always been of decent, if not exceptional quality. But our recent experience with them was disconcerting. We ordered and were told that the food would be ready in 10 minutes. I always allow extra time for takeout so I don't have to wait around a restaurant. After ten minutes we received a phone asking where we were and when we intended to pick up the order because they were closing soon. Their tone was not pleasant. We received this call at 8:25; the listed closing time of the restaurant is 9:00. For some reason they were obviously in a hurry. When we got home, we discovered that the haste also applied to food prep. One bag was covered with duck sauce inside. We received fried shumai when we had requested fresh. Our main course, chicken massaman, was bland and watery with tough chicken. All in all a disappointing experience. We will think twice about ordering from them again. read more

This is my favorite local takeout. Both of them. The Tom Kar and Tom Yum soups are the best of any Thai place around, and the portions are great for the price. When I was sick they were nice enough to sell me the broth which was the only thing that made me feel better, and they were total sweethearts. I like the curries and pad Thais, haven't explored many of the deeper dishes yet to I plan to try the whole menu (as I secretly learn to cook these at home), and I recommend the coconut custard very tasty. read more

I must say this to be the best Thai restaurant I've found around the cape cod area. The Chicken Basil pad Thai done perfectly, the crispy duck; extraordinary. Having moved back east from San Francisco, Krua Thai II restaurant gave me the remnicence in atmosphere and quality one can expect in the diverse metropolitan culinary hub of SF Bay Area . Returned home to find no rice for 2 dishes, tofu in both which we did not request. Additionally all 3 dishes were spicy when we asked for no spice! Additionally the Pad Thai & Crazy Noodles & Pad were not as stated in the description. Very disappointed. The pad Thai is hands down the best pad Thai I've ever had... so unassuming but the noodles were packed with flavor. Recommend getting it with the crispy chicken, so yummy with the dipping sauce. The other order of crazy noodles is the equivalent of drunken noodles (pad kee mow) that was also very good but nothing I haven't had before. The chicken on that was dry and tough like it typically is. The portions for both noodle entrees were amazing for the price. Wouldn't reorder the shrimp shumai because it was below average and not worth the $ to me. Amazing that there is a drive through with pad Thai option, that is something I would definitely put to use in the future! read more

I decided to give them another try and it was a much better experience that the first time. I gave them 3*, but they came close to getting 4*s. Service was great and the food was better than last time. The atmosphere still sucks. Among other things, we had Crab Rangoon. It was quite different than what you usually get in a Chinese restaurant. My wife liked it better, I liked it a little less. We were given a choice of "mild, normal, or hot" on one of our dishes. I choose normal and it was a bit hotter than I would have preferred, but still good. I think I will try the mild next time. There is a good chance they will move up to 4*s on my next visit.
