My only downside is the lack of a public restroom, which seems common at many California stores now. I came into a different location with a pre-diabetic family member who urgently needed to use the restroom and sadly ended up having an accident after being denied access. I don't hold it against this location or the staff, as they're likely following policy, but it's unfortunate and speaks to the times we're living in. That said, the employees here have always been kind and professional.

Let's say you're lucky. You wait the 20 minutes. Then you wait 20 minutes in line to pick up your prescription. The desk agent says, "It's not been filled yet, just wait here and we'll have it for you in 20 minutes." You wait 20 minutes, and ask, and they STILL don't have it ready for you. You have just wasted three hours. Thanks, Walgreens. WTF. I feel bad for your overworked pharmacy staff. DO BETTER
