three books on a picnic table

CVS in Tiburon! It's really big and fresh. Had Easter season items. I got candy and books on Marin County. This is where I found books on Marin County history. One attendant. Different CVS experience. haha

Roll up Saturday mid afternoon for a scheduled test. Results received Monday morning. Very efficient! Negative BTW!

Held for 50 minutes before finally hanging up.

Definitely could have been better. While my cousin was filling the gas tank, he noticed we had a…read moretire that appeared low in pressure. We pulled out the air gauge in the glove box, checked the tire and yep, we have a slightly low pressure tire. So, we went looking for the on-site air hose that's supposed to be here. We found no air hose here. No free air and water for auto purposes is in violation of California Law Business & Professions CODE CH 14.5, which requires to "PROVIDE FREE AIR AND WATER FOR AUTO PURPOSES." This business had another violation of California Law Business & Professions CODE CH 14.5 as the required sign was missing which is required to be there stating "Every station shall display at a conspicuous place on at or near the dispensing apparatus at least one clearly visible sign which shall read: "CA LAW REQUIRES THIS STATION PROVIDE FREE AIR AND WATER FOR AUTO PURPOSES TO CUSTOMERS WHO BUY MOTOR VEHICLE FUEL. IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT NOTIFY THE STATION ATTENDANT AND/OR CALL THIS TOLL-FREE TELEPHONE # 1 (800) ...." sign shall meet the requirements of Sec 13473 13474 with regard to letter size and contrast." If you don't take care of your customers, someone else will. Are you chasing your customers away for lack of customer service? You cannot separate customer service from the bottom line. With so many people competing for business, with today's scarcity of cash, them's that has the gold makes the rules, and customers are all business' gold, so the only ones who will survive this economic downturn are those who know how to give excellent customer service. Studies show repeatedly that a typical dissatisfied customer will tell 6-10 people about the problem. A typical satisfied customer will tell 1-2 people. It costs 6x more to attract a new customer than it does to keep an old one. Of those customers who stop doing business with you 68% do so because of an attitude of indifference by the company or a specific individual. About 7-10 complaining customers will do business with you again if you resolve the complaint in their favour. If you resolve a complaint on the spot, 95% of your customers will do business with you again. How can any business afford to ignore these statistics? As a business owner you stand to lose a lot of money and inevitably your business if you ignore these statistics. As an employee you stand to lose your job if you don't pay attention to your customer's needs. Good customer service is the lifeblood of any business. You can offer promotions and slash prices to bring in as many new customers as you want, but unless you can get customers to come back, your business won't be profitable for long. Good customer service is all about bringing customers back. And about sending them away happy - happy enough to pass positive feedback about your business along to others, who may then try the product or service you offer for themselves and in their turn become repeat customers. The essence of good customer service is forming a relationship with customers - a relationship that a customer feels that she or he would like to continue.

Warm sun, salty breeze, that glittering bay doing its thing. We stepped off the boat and walked straight into a small handmade vendor fair, plus an unofficial dog parade. Golden retrievers, tiny fluff balls, chill older pups all living their best lives. After wandering through the booths and poking around the cute little shops, we started the serious business of finding food and drinks that were dog friendly. Venice Gourmet basically made the decision for us. The harbor view alone is worth sitting down for but the charcuterie and champagne sealed it. We grabbed a table outside, ordered a spread, and just slowed down for a minute. Good snacks, good bubbles, boats drifting by, and great company. Easy day trip. Easy win. Would absolutely come back.

We also had a side of gigantic beans from their antipasto section. It was very good as well. We were there on a Saturday at around 3 PM and every single table was full, however, people wear not lingering after their meal and it did not take long to get a table. You need to order yourself first at the counter and then they will call your number and then you can get your food from the counter and take it to your table. They have tables inside and outside. From either location, you can get a view of the water. The bread was delicious and freshly made. This is a great location for a quick lunch.

It's located right off the freeway (next to Mike's Bikes and the Sausalito house boats), and there's plenty of free parking out in front. Unfortunately, when ever I go there now, there are always shady characters hanging outside the store. I see broken glass and drug busts in the parking lot. Cop cars are always patrolling the area. To be perfectly blunt, I just don't feel safe here anymore. It's only a matter of time before I get jumped or my car broken into. The deli (aka Davey Jones Deli) still does a solid business and attracts local sandwich lovers. However, the rest of the store leaves me feeling claustrophobic (there's just too much stuff stuffed into one tiny space). Also, on my most recent visits, the guy at the register has been quite the opposite of friendly. No "hello" or "thank you for your business." His attitude has been more akin to "give me your money; here's your booze in a paper bag; and don't let the door hit you on your way out." I'm hoping that this place can clean up its act. Until then, I guess I'll have to buy my booze and sandwiches at Safeway.

It's a lot thicker and creamier than the Strauss soft serve. I was impressed. I'm glad that they now serve the Jersey cow soft serve because the Buffalo one was pretty boring and too sweet. They no longer serve the Buffalo soft serve because the company was bought out and now they use the Buffalo milk for other items like cheese and no longer sell it for soft serve. Love this little market and if I move to Sausalito, I would be coming here quite often. And not just for the soft serve. They have a lot of very interesting items here. The items are all marked up a bit but otherwise good quality items and the food looks good. I've enjoyed their hot lunch here. All the prepare Foods look good too. I normally go across the street to Joinery for lunch then stroll down here for a soft serve.

Your herbal soda was likely $6. So you likely were inadvertently overcharged (it happens with some of the older ladies who do check out), and you should have brought it up right then. Who doesn't pay attention to what you're being charged? In any event, those tomatoes aren't 2# each. You should rethink your unfair review and take responsibility for your inattentiveness first." What a busy body. Anyway, no, i didn't know what i was charged until i left the store. As anyone can probably attest to, pretty often these days when being rung up, the checker doesn't say the total anymore - they just scan your items and tell you to tap. So no, i didn't know what i was being charged at the time but this doesn't make the egregious pricing my fault, but nice try "Christopher B."
