By the time I returned to my office which is down the street and sat down to eat I found the food to be luke warm. A prescription sent on Monday doesn't get filled until 2 or 3 days later. And the staff is SO disorganized, it takes them forever (10 minutes to be precise) to even answer the phone and tell you if a prescription is filled. And when you go to pick it up, it ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS takes a minimum of 10 minutes if there is even 1 person ahead of you. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL attitudes and just organization. Sad.
