I took it to…read morethe dealer and they said they don't deal with that, so I drove down Cave Creek Road looking for an auto glass place. I stopped at the first sign I saw and asked if they could glue the rubber strip back on. They refused to help me, stating that if the glass fell out later, they would be legally liable. Disappointed in my fellow man I headed to an auto parts store to just buy the glue and attempt to repair it myself. On the way I saw the sign for VIP Auto Glass, on Cave Creek just south of Bell Road, on the east side of the street. The owner was very helpful. He showed me that the rubber strip was rotten already and he'd have to replace it. In 10 minutes had a new strip glued in place for a very reasonable price. I really like the "can do" attitude and the professional work. They place doesn't look like much but I think it's a gem. They also do exhausts and radiators.

I called Magic Windshields because they were close to my work. Magic Windshields opened early so I called them right when they opened. I spoke with Gracie who was very helpful and checked with the installers and manager to make sure they could get my windshield replaced before I left work. I needed to leave work by 2pm at the latest and she made sure it would happen. I was also informed the company was also a recommended shop by my insurance, so that was a nice bonus. Gracie told me they could get it done and come to my work to get it done before 1pm. Cristian, the installer called me about 10 minutes before he arrived and quickly replaced my windshield. I am extremely thankful they were able to help me out so quickly and get me back on the road. The interaction I had with both employees was very pleasant and professional and the install was great.

This cheap quality glass is easily chipped/cracked which might make you a repeat customer and costing more money. He got right to work & fixed the chip in about 15 minutes. Took about less than an hour from the time I called til the time Adam finished fixing the chip! Adam was very professional & informative. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns about my windshield (this was the first windshield crack I've had to deal with). He even cleaned my entire windshield after he finished fixing it!
