Anyone needing auto glass replaced or repaired, look no further than Affordable. You can't find any better service. You can find worse- I know, my windshield has been replaced 4 or 5 times and the other company I used (the one with lots of TV commercials) screwed up so much of the install I've ended up with costly repairs on other parts effected by the poor work. Affordable corrected the mistakes the other company made. My windshield is perfect!

I am so glad I called AutoGlass Discounters next. I called them, they answered immediately, and then we made an appointment for a day later, fitting with my availability. They gave me a quote on the spot for my Honda Civic's rear quarter panel replacement and checked to see they had it in stock. They let me know they'd meet me at my house. The day of the appointment, they called me to say they could come earlier to my house if I wanted, which was great, though I kept the original time due to my availability. The repairperson Thomas was very prompt, very polite and professional. He easily found the meeting spot I asked him to meet me at. It was a very hot summer day, and we were in the dead of the sun, but Thomas made it go by easy by being so well-natured and making me laugh. He fixed the quarter panel and reassembled everything back together again and vacuumed out the broken glass from the back of my car. The service for my quarter window/rear vent replacement was $245.03. Well worth it. Thank you, Thomas!

After learning from our insurance we'd have to pay a $1,000 deductible, I shopped around. I found Casey at Xtreme Autoglass via Yelp and he quoted me nearly a hundred dollars below Safelite. Needless to say, I booked quickly. Casey walked me through the work he would do and finished quickly and expertly. He even showed me where my glass had been replaced before which was news to me. I'm very pleased with the work they've done and relieved to have saved a good bit of money on the repair. I'd only make a note that the signage in the parking lot isn't the most obvious and I was a little hesitant that I was in the right place but it's well worth the trip and the price!

Cleanup and finished detailing left something to be desired. There was grit and pieces of old gasket from the old window removal inside the cab, dirty hand prints on the door exteriors, some adhesive on the inside driver window and outside passenger side verticle window frame that was not cleaned up. If the cleanup had been complete this would have been a 5 star review. I sent an email about the cleaning issues but have not gotten a response as of yet. UPDATE: Rich from Defender contacted me first thing this morning and apologized then offered to send out a tech today to finish up a 10 minute cleanup. I own a home remodeling company and in my opinion you can't do much better than that!
