Glass was installed correctly and some of the staff was nice but didn't reinstall rear view mirror and left my car a mess interior has just been washed yesterday as it was in for service the day before my appointment. Was told they "didn't have the right tool" to reattach the rear view mirror but when I took it to Christmas automotive they snapped it back on in seconds!! I had my windshield glass replaced and the technician clipped the wires to my remote starter and destroyed the transmitter without even mentioning it to me. I found out when my remote starter wouldn't work and took it back to the company that installed it. I had to have it replaced for $30.99. I then went back to Window glass Now to let them know what had happened, and the office person was very irate and said the office manager was out of town, but the fine print says they are not responsible for aftermarket equipment. They are very unprofessional in their approach to customers! The office is very dated and dirty looking , and I decided for a price of $30.00, I would never do business with them again and will let others know of my experience! read more

I had a new windshield put on my truck on May 21st. I went with this company because they have a lifetime warranty. The following day I had to go back and have the rearview mirror reattached because it had filled off, which they did. On October 18th my truck was sitting in my work parking lot, and when went to get into my truck I saw that the mirror had fallen off of the glass and taken a chunk of glass with it and cracked the glass. When I called them, they said to bring it in for them to look at. I did on my next day off of work. When I went there the guy that looked at it said that the glass was obviously defective and that is why they have a warranty to replace it. When he told the manager there, he said they would not cover it with the warranty!! I called there district manager Adam after that. He was extremely rude on the phone and kept talking over me the entire time. Finally he said he would be in that office November 1st for him to look at it. He again said it would not be covered when he saw it. When I asked why, because I have read the entire warranty and I should be able to get a replacement for the faulty glass, he said it was considered a "natural disaster" and there for not going to be covered! He kept insisting that it's the same as if a rock hit the window, despite the fact that it broke on the INSIDE of the glass, not outside. That is definitely not a natural disaster, they are just trying to find a way out of honoring their warranty! This is a horrible way to run a business, the entire reason I chose this company is because they had a lifetime warranty. Update: No I don't want $35 off a new windshield from you. I picked you to go through because of your lifetime warranty. If you will not honor a warranty I will not be doing business with you again, I will go with a more honest company. Also I did contact the Better Business Bureau about this as well. The glass was defective and not a force of nature to chip and crack on the INSIDE. I only wish i had looked to see how many horrible reviews you have before giving you my business. Also, I don't appreciate being told I would get a call, just to be ignored and not receive any more contact until I posted a review. read more

I took my car in on 4/20/19 to have the rear windshield resealed due to leakage. I was told by two members there that the lower vinyl valance panel would first need to be removed (then later reinstalled) either by myself or another shop. I removed the panel myself then re-scheduled another appointment for the repair. On 4/27/19, I returned to the shop and was told by a completely different person that the wind lace would need to be removed to do the repair since it was glued to the vinyl top. They again recommended another shop. Why did they not tell me this the first time or over the phone instead of causing all this run-around and a wasted trip? Even the shop they recommended said they'd do it in-house (window and all) and that Auto Glass Now should have been capable of the job. I won't be returning anytime soon. If I ever need a windshield in the future, I will go with another company instead, even if it costs more. read more
