These guys just literally ABANDONED THE JOB because I could not park where they wanted me to, in the shade, because the technician would not move his van to make enough space for me to park the window under the shade for them. Guy got upset that he had to move his van for me to park & LEFT as I was parking my car. Now, 25 minutes later, I have my boyfriend call them because they are not returning my call. Sure, everything's OK when a man calls them to complain; the guy agrees to come back & fix the window, & I must just be having "a bad day". Poor customer service AND sexism...great combo! Don't forget ladies, you're not allowed to complain about someone's service or ask them to move their van so you can park where they want you to. Horrible customer service, especially if you are a woman...AVOID. read more

Kevin was awesome! My Accord passenger window shattered on Friday and he came out on Saturday and fixed it quickly and professionally. I called 8-10 places & he was the least expensive. While he was there he gave me a quote to replace the windshield on my Odyssey (large chip); again he was the cheapest. Came back on Monday and replaced the Odyssey windshield + fixed a chip on my MDX. I am very satisfied with his work; everything was done high quality, quickly & professionally; he tweaked his schedule to accomodate mine and best of all, he was the lowest price around!!! read more

These guys are awesome! My front passenger window was smashed by car burglars on a Friday night, and on Saturday morning I tried hard to find someone to fix the window--not wanting to drive highways with winter rushing in or have tiny pieces of glass in every nook and cranny, to say nothing of not being able to lock the car. David and Tony were open for business and fit the job in among their seven other jobs two days before Christmas. David worked out everything with my insurance while Tony did a meticulous job removing the door panel, vacuuming up, and installing the new window. Both were extremely cordial, and David fixed a windshield nick while they were at it--paid for by insurance. I can't recommend Affordable Auto Glass highly enough! read more

I had a window replaced by affordable auto glass. Unfortunately about 4 months later my window seemed to have some complications (details not important). From everything I could tell, it had nothing to do with the instillation job done by affordable auto glass but I contacted Kevin to get his opinion. Without hesitation he came to my house and fixed the problem. The problem actually took two visits from Affordable Auto Glass to correct. Even though I'm pretty sure the complication wasn't do to his work, Kevin treated the problem like it was his own. Kevin was great to work with.
