Called on the phone to get a quote and after talking to the guy on the phone for a bit, I knew immediately he didn't know what he was talking about which I would assume would translate to not knowing what or how to do what I've requested. We had a remote start installed on one of ours cars and we did not like it from the get go. we asked them to downgrade us to a easy to use model and the said they would without any refunds, so same price just cheaper model? We paid $800 dollars for parts and labor and they gave us back a bunch of useless parts that we can now not even sell. I would recommend going to another provider for any install work. Also make sure you ask if the Item refundable if we are dissatisfied the features or quality. read more

This was the place to go when I was a teenager. Now apparently they forgot how to treat a potential customer. My teenage son got a subwoofer and amp for Christmas. I was looking to get a pro install job so it would be done right. But when my wife called to make an appointment the person she spoke too was rude from the beginning. Because we didn't buy the equipment from them. He just got a low level, beginner setup. He's not looking to enter competitions or rattle the neighborhood windows. So yeah, we didn't buy from them. Nor did we want some sales guy trying to talk us into something we didn't want. So, they will not get my money now or ever. Good luck with that business model. Fast and professionally set up, clean wiring for subs and amp, wouldn't even notice anything is in the car until you hear it

I had them put in a radio and Bluetooth w a review camera. They helped me pick out ther perfect one for me, were really patient w all my questions, installed it that afternoon, and showed me how to install it. Adam and Tom were so nice and helpful. I found out they also have weather tech mats and ordered some to get installed next week. My mom also got her car tinted here bc she is sensitive to sun. They have amazing customer service. I had Century 2000 install a remote start in my car and was always pleased with their pricing, products and employees. Years after getting my remote start my car had a required unrelated repair due to a recall. It ended up interfering with my remote start and so I called Century again to see what could be done. They got me in within days, and had the remote start fixed in about an hour. They take care of their customers and so I always tell people to visit them for remote starts, alarms and stereos. Let me tell you about their Tint warranty. Had them tint my brand new car not even 2yrs ago...driver's side has been peeling for the past 6months and just noticed the passenger's side this morning. Call them to only find out they offer a 3yr warranty BUT best keep your receipt in a safe place those 3yrs because their system isn't "automated" and can't find the date themselves (didn't matter my car isn't even 3yrs old...it was brand new). So #1 they do a pretty bad job at THIER job (if I did that it could be someone's life...so let's be thankful they have no real responsibility) AND #2 could clearly care less about the job they do and have no interest in fixing it. So I would strongly suggest going elsewhere.... read more
