I had to wait much longer than usual for a windshield replacement (1 week). When I arrived the correct windshield was not available because the person responsible for that did not specify the correct model. They added, "the windshield for car is no longer available." So, I came home and scheduled an appointment at one the "well known" Auto Glass repair and replace companies, and they are getting me in same day. They used my VIN number to assure they have the correct windshield. It was all done on line in about 5 minutes - I used a promo code and saved $25. The office at Infinite Auto Glass is dirty, dingy, and not well lit. It is providential that they aren't the ones doing my windshield replacement, since I've babied my car and use only OEM parts. read more

used them many years ago, never had a problem. this time they had to come out 2 times to replace a windshield because the kid put it in crooked and did not reinstall the moldings. even after the 2nd time was not happy with the job. glass all over inside of vehicle. now customer says there is a slice on here steering wheel that was not their before and only said they will give a credit but I will not be using their service again read more
