I was told they didn't have a person doing window tint and they weren't sure if they were going to get back into the window tinting business. I suggested that I take it to another shop and they reimburse me for the re-tint and they refused. So much for their "lifetime" warranty and standing behind it. Will not use again. Make sure you get a quote from another company. I was quoted for 3 hours of…read morelabor (worst case scenario) and then billed for that estimated time of 3 hours. I called to explain that the two workers were here for under 30 minutes with no problems, that did not include the transit time (local and under 15 minutes one way). I was told that there was no way the work was completed in 30 minutes and he would "give" me the 2 hour labor cost that was on the timecards. So I had a reduction of 1 hour of labor and charged for 2 hours of labor on a 30 minute job. I happened to be at the job location with a clock present and the person who told me there was no way it happened was not here. The items installed were good, the customer service and billing are horrible. Very disappointed in supporting a local business.
