Our Windshield was hit by a rock. Haidets Auto Glass is a one stop shop. They called the insurance company, got the claim approved, installed OEM Factory Glass ( Not that cheap blurry Chinese glass), Calibrated the safety cameras. This place took great care of me. I needed a small piece of mirror cut for a mirrored nightstand. I was able to salvage a piece of a broken mirror and I took that in with the measurements needed for the piece that broke on our nightstand and within 5 minutes they brought out the cut piece to me!! I couldn't believe how quickly they got the job done and I felt the price was good. I was surprised when the new windshield got hit by a rock and cracked only a few days after being replaced and they repaired the crack for free. Bought 3 pieces of shelf glass 6 months ago & was quoted via phone and paid $5 per piece. Today bought same glass 4 inches longer & was charged double. $31. When I questioned it, the rude older secretary and a man behind the counter attempted to justify why it was now double. I heard them in the back trying to figure out who initially charged me $5. They were rude and accused me of being mistaken as to what I paid the first time. That is, until they found the receipt from 6 months ago. I feel they were making up for the first time i was quoted only $5, when i returned for the second purchase, so they charged me double for 4 inches more of glass. I paid it but will NEVER return, and have turned them in to the BBB. read more

Just had my windshield replaced yesterday at Haidets, and never have had such a good experience with a company in my life. Had made an appointment and arrived around 8:30a.m. Was told that it would probably take half a day to replace. After starting on my car, they told me that my insurance company had given them the wrong model of my car, and they didn't have the correct windshield. They told me that I could either reschedule or they would get the right windshield, but it might take a little while. I told them that I would wait while they got the proper part. While we were waiting, they offered me and my wife coffee, and even offered to have one of their employees drive us to a restaurant so we could get breakfast. I couldn't believe it, when a little after noon, they told me the car was finished. I had expected to be there most of the afternoon. It was a real pleasure to do business with someone who takes care of their customers so well. I appreciate their going the extra mile to make sure that everything went well, and would certainly recommend them to anyone who has a problem with their windshield, mirrors, etc. read more
