Was ready for me to get 2 days later, never would believe was the same vehicle I took in, all clean and paint had a shine to it. 5 years later had them rust proof and their paint treatment done. I drop it off every spring to detail inside and out and redo the undercoat, and it is ready to get the next morning. People see it and say they can't believe the truck is now 19 years old! Mollie does. Highly recommend MB Detailing, I know I will be back.

Was driving in a parking lot maybe 5 miles per hour- the glass popped (that's the sound I heard) nothing remotely nearby to cause the windshield to crack. Stop by Seneco Glass as they did the original install. No one there to assess. Call them the next day- Rick says send me pics -did so, can't determine from pics - "bring in I'm here all the time" Text him- will you be there tomorrow? - his response "yup". Bring the car by (mind you, this is a 25 minute drive each time) Guess what? Rick not there all day. The lady says I'll have someone come out to your home and look at it- Okay, great. The guy does show and determines it's a stress crack and covered by warranty. Wonderful. Make an appointment to bring car in and have glass repaired. (Again, taking time away from work, also having another person follow me to bring me back home). Well guess who is there when I drop car off?- the elusive Rick- looks at glass and says-(I'll let you guess) that's right- Ricks says- "that's not a stress crack. It's not covered!" What a joke of a company. Anyway- buyer beware.

We had her cover windows, French doors, and garage glass doors. She did a fantastic job! We will have her return next year when we finish our walk out basement to cover the windows and French doors there. Tina is very knowledgeable about window film, and I am very glad that we chose her for this project. I got another quote from another company, and the guy had told me that we could pick any window film. He had dozens of different films to look at, and those would work for auto glass but not our low E double paned windows in our home. Tina informed me that using any type of film could cause the windows to crack because of the heat buildup. Having low E windows greatly reduces the choices of film that can safely be put on our windows. The window film Tina used is safe on all types of windows. There is also a warranty against window cracking, which she gave me today. The window film blocks 99% of UV, which is something we wanted to prevent fading, and it also reduces the amount of heat coming in the window. Tina explained putting any type of film on a low E window like ours can cause a heat buildup between the double pane and crack the window. Not all companies are aware of this, as I found out. Tina has been doing this for over 30 years, and she is most certainly a perfectionist. She redid one set of our French doors three times because she wasn't satisfied with the result. She is very professional, and I would highly recommend her!

I was told they didn't have a person doing window tint and they weren't sure if they were going to get back into the window tinting business. Won't be returning there for anything ever again.
