I am so glad I called AutoGlass Discounters next. I called them, they answered immediately,and then we made an appointment for a day later, fitting with my availability. They gave me a quote on the spot for my Honda Civic's rear quarter panel replacement and checked to see they had it in stock. They let me know they'd meet me at my house. The day of the appointment, they called me to say they could come earlier to my house if I wanted, which was great, though I kept the original time due to my availability. The repairperson Thomas was very prompt, very polite and professional. He easily found the meeting spot I asked him to meet me at. It was a very hot summer day, and we were in the dead of the sun, but Thomas made it go by easy by being so well-natured and making me laugh. He fixed the quarter panel and reassembled everything back together again and vacuumed out the broken glass from the back of my car. The price was also cheaper than expected, especially for the mobile service. Worth every penny, can't recommend them more. One small note, my windshield wiper cowling rubber trim was brittle. It absolutely isn't their responsibility to fix this. But, the installation required them to remove this cowling and the rubber crumbled. In hindsight, I should have bought a new cowling trim and left it inside for the installer. Make sure to check any trim/panels near the windshield and order new ones beforehand.

He responded quickly and clearly explained that he would only charge me if the ADAS calibration was successful, which I found extremely fair and reasonable. At the appointment, he spent about 30 minutes attempting the calibration and ultimately determined that the camera itself was faulty and couldn't be calibrated. He was honest about it and didn't charge me. Instead, he recommended finding a shop that could replace and program the camera properly.
