I purchased a Jeep from this dealer in January 2024. The buying process was efficient. Since buying…read morethe Jeep the process to receive my title has been a NIGHTMARE. The salesman Bryson Paugh has been anything but efficient. I bought the Jeep January 29, 2024. The dealership didn't file the paperwork until 2/15/2024. The paperwork they completed was incorrect and rejected by the MVA but no one did anything about it. A supervisor at the MVA showed me all the errors on the paperwork. The title number was incorrect, the milage was incorrect, the issue date was incorrect and the dealer checked the box that says the Jeep exceeds mechanical limits. Checking this box not only lowers the value of the Jeep but voids my warranty!! I have contacted Mr. Paugh and he has been giving me a lot of lip service and no action. He has been very nonchalant and told me that it is really no big deal and all this was the MVA's mistake and that the MVA told them to check that box. All this is really simple paperwork that the dealership can take care of if they cared. If they valued their customers. Mr. Paugh is well aware that I am trying to refinance the Jeep and I was offered a better rate half of the rate I the dealership was able to find me. However I need the title to take advantage of the offer. Since the dealer has taken so long to take care of this issue I will lose out on the refinance offer with Capital One. Again, no one at the dealership appears to care. Their customer service and ability to do their job effectively after they get your money is nonexistent. Very disappointed with my experience.

Within the first month of ownership, my vehicle experienced a mechanical failure and was brought to…read moreBlue Knob immediately. They were unable to diagnose or repair the issue in-house and subsequently sent the vehicle to the nearest dealership. At the time, I was expected to work near Detroit, which became impossible due to the breakdown. I was provided a loaner vehicle--a Chevy Impala with worn tires during winter conditions--despite the possibility that I could be required to drive several hours on short notice. For several days, I received no updates regarding the status or location of my vehicle. After initiating multiple follow-ups, I was repeatedly told, "I don't know," until I escalated the issue to management. Matt, the manager, was professional and communicative and ultimately confirmed where the vehicle had been sent. I had a safe in the trunk of my vehicle containing valuable items. Unfortunately, I was unable to retrieve them because I was unaware of the vehicle's whereabouts. To avoid further delays, I personally contacted the dealership and received clear information within minutes--something Blue Knob had been unable to provide after multiple days. By that point, the condition of the loaner vehicle required new tires for basic safety during a 5-6 hour drive. Once my vehicle was finally repaired, I was still required to wait for Blue Knob to retrieve it before I could do the same. During my visit to the service center, I overheard staff making disrespectful remarks regarding my request for safe tires on the loaner vehicle, among other comments. I was also informed that I should not have contacted the dealership directly and instead should have waited 3-5 business days for updates through Blue Knob. While Blue Knob presents itself as highly corporate and professional, internal communication and customer treatment do not reflect those standards. Clients should be aware that concerns regarding safety and timely communication may be met with dismissal rather than support.

Followed a truck in transit online for about a month and contacted Auto Land Salesman Jim Foutz to…read morediscuss when the truck would actually be available. He said he hoped by the end of the month (August). I got all the details and decided I wanted to buy this truck. Jim said to send a $500 down payment and it was mine. I did that and started arranging financing on my own since due to my credit I could not get full financing through Auto Land. I got a call @ 9:30 am on the 31st and was told the truck was there and I needed to be at the dealership that day by 6:00 pm with my financing or it would be sold to another party who had "cash in hand". I informed Jim and Finance Mgr David Shetil that I couldn't do that before 09/04. David said that if I wasn't there that day they had another buyer that would be getting the truck so the sale could be counted in their end of month figures. What was the point of my putting $500 down as requested. As of today 09/08, I still have not received a refund of my down payment! I think their business practices leave a lot to be desired and as such will not be doing any further business with them. I am telling any outlet I have access that this business has no honor.
