I came from far away to use these guys based on a recommendation so I stayed in their super nice waiting room the entire 7 hours it took them to do the Silver Package detail. In their waiting room they have a huge screen TV, coffee/tea machine, wifi and very comfy sofas. The bathrooms were super clean too! :) All I can say is that i never, ever expected the wait to be so pleasant (got a lot of work done in the peace and quiet of their waiting room... bring a lap desk... works great) and the job they did on my car so fantastic. The leather looked like new, the inside was SPOTLESS!!!, the carpets were steamed clean and the paint and chrome shined like glass. I cannot recommend them enough! Would make a GREAT gift certificate for someone. Drive slowly on 5th ave as they're tucked in a bit and are hard to see on the right if you're heading North on 5th.
