We were worked in to the full schedule and were back on the road in less than two work days. We traveled 300 miles and had a problem again. Now you are wondering why I started with "wow" and gave a 5 star review? At the second shop, that Chippy's helped us find, we learned that the new torque converter failed, uncommon but happens. Chippy followed us thru the second repair and made sure we were taken care of, happy and on our way. We feel very happy for the care and concern. We were treated as good as I would expect from any repair shop that sincerely cares about there customers and strives to do great repairs. At the time of my posting there is only one previous review and the author wondered why there are not any more. Me too. I can only deduct everyone is as happy as we are. Thanks again Chippy

It came out explosively, the drive shaft broke a hole in my radiator, and left us stranded on a weekend. I'm looking at what might be ANOTHER total transmission rebuild. They had the car a week when they supposedly "fixed" it, yet it didn't last 3 months before the big blow-up. How can you work on a car for a week and it still not be fixed? I have to conclude that incompetence played a large part in this.
