I wish I had taken photos because this was BAD and I was highly skeptical but, a few weeks later, I dropped off my car at my dealer on a scheduled date, they worked with Alloy to take my car there and, a couple of days later, I had my car back and it looked like this damage never even happened. He thought Hubcap Heaven would be able to repair it at a fraction of what a new rim would cost. I called to make an appointment, but was informed that they don't take appointments - everything is walk-in. But after telling him my availability, he did let me know the best days to come, when they wouldn't be short staffed, etc. He also let me know that depending on the damage, it could take anywhere from 1-3 hours. I made sure to get there as soon as they opened. Fortunately, there were no other customers waiting. After checking in, one of the workers brought out the wheel to show me the bend, then went back to fix it. I was probably paid and out of the store in under an hour. I was impressed with their efficiency, their work, and the fair pricing. Overall, a great experience. Would use them again if I needed this kind of work.
