We took our truck to this place because a so-called friend worked there and suggested it to us as an amazingly affordable place to go. From day one our truck was treated like garbage.. The person who worked on our truck caused more problems than we had to begin with, left tools under our hood and then charged us near 1000.00 for this shotty job. 2 days later we had to bring the truck back in because this so called mechanic had ruined our radiator.. he then proceeds to call my husband and complain about how his boss is taking the money out of his pay for HIS fuck up.. we pick the truck back up and now our truck is leaking antifreeze everywhere.. they said they fixed yet another leak this so called mechanic caused.. and can you guess what they did.. they charged us another 247.00 for another one of their fuck ups.. So after this this mechanic texted my husband demanding he call in and apologize to the secretary for his attitude all after he called him an asshole and a dick because we were upset that our truck was still not fixed.. they broke things and then recharged us.. they did not offer to fix the problems they made. The texting from the employee continued for another 5 messages of cussing before i finally called this shit hole establishment and told the secretary that if she did not control her employees that i would be filing charges and blasting their business name all over our city page.. She made no apologies to thier shitty work or shitty attitudes and rudness.. The manager never called. This place is a complete joke.

My husband had four brand new tires put on his vehicle this past Saturday at 10am, $135 a pop. Came…read morehome, went to sleep (works nights), woke up and goes to leave for work. The front passenger side tire is almost completely flat. Add air to it, and sprayed w/soapy water to see where the leak was coming from. It was a two small punctures in the side wall of the tire, not even 3 cmm apart in the area of the tire brand name, this was not in an area that couldn't been ran over whilst driving home. Gwynn was already closed by this point & was also not opened Sunday. Come Monday morning when he takes the tire back to have it replaced because it was clearly a defective tire, they wanted to charge him another $75 to replace this tire! Guy he dealt with could've gave not one crap in fact, after my husband tried to argue his case, this person said that "for all I know you could've pinched the tire anytime between leaving and today" Like what the literal he!!?? Who pays a total of $750 for four tires, taxes & whatever else is included just to turn around and sabotage one of said tires??? This being close to Xmas as is, we couldn't afford to just drop another $75 on a tire, so put an inside patch and came home. The point of this review is to warn anyone that if you think companies like this have any type of respect for you as a customer, think again.
