    Body shop and detail shop do very poor work. Will not be going back there again. Body shop people very rude!

    They worked on my transmission and a week later it blew up. Stay away from this dealer at all costs

    I needed engine warranty work done. They told me they couldn't take me for at least a week. I suspect they just didn't want to do the work.

After calling a dozen or so places, I found two garages that would entertain the idea of working with a warranty company, and Helbig's was the only one to call back within a 24 hour timeframe. From the beginning, Fred laid out how the process works, what could go wrong, what should happen, what extra costs I might have, and the best way to go about repairing it. My Subaru had a CVT and it was a 2016 Outback with a 3.6 liter engine instead of the standard 2.5, and it was impossible to find a used replacement anywhere in the US. Honest. I looked too. Fred talked to his Subaru guy and the only real solution was a Subaru factory rebuilt transmission. Fred went about filling out the paperwork for the warranty company even though he had never heard of it before and invested a lot of personal time into my situation. I had the car for 34 days before the transmission went and I was certain that the warranty company would deny the claim and say that it was damage prior to coverage. Fred dotted every "I" and crossed every "t" on that paperwork and jumped through every hoop the warranty company gave him. Fred kept in contact with me every day there was a new development. Finally, he called to say that it had actually been approved. I couldn't believe it and figured it would be a few more weeks before getting my car back. 6 days later I was ready to roll. Helbig's saved me at least $6,000 by taking the time to do my paperwork properly, not to mention saving my sanity.

    I purchased a Jeep from this dealer in January 2024. The buying process was efficient. Since buying…read morethe Jeep the process to receive my title has been a NIGHTMARE. The salesman Bryson Paugh has been anything but efficient. I bought the Jeep January 29, 2024. The dealership didn't file the paperwork until 2/15/2024. The paperwork they completed was incorrect and rejected by the MVA but no one did anything about it. A supervisor at the MVA showed me all the errors on the paperwork. The title number was incorrect, the milage was incorrect, the issue date was incorrect and the dealer checked the box that says the Jeep exceeds mechanical limits. Checking this box not only lowers the value of the Jeep but voids my warranty!! I have contacted Mr. Paugh and he has been giving me a lot of lip service and no action. He has been very nonchalant and told me that it is really no big deal and all this was the MVA's mistake and that the MVA told them to check that box. All this is really simple paperwork that the dealership can take care of if they cared. If they valued their customers. Mr. Paugh is well aware that I am trying to refinance the Jeep and I was offered a better rate half of the rate I the dealership was able to find me. However I need the title to take advantage of the offer. Since the dealer has taken so long to take care of this issue I will lose out on the refinance offer with Capital One. Again, no one at the dealership appears to care. Their customer service and ability to do their job effectively after they get your money is nonexistent. Very disappointed with my experience.
