But the best part was while on hold with them on the phone, I heard the service personnel trash talking customers. It was disturbing to hear customers being talked about in this manner. It was totally unacceptable and disrespectful since paying customers is what keeps them in business. People in this area work very hard and deserve better than being gossiped about in the breakroom.
