My first two conversations I tried to have with him, I may as well have never said a word. SO..... Last Tuesday was their 3rd trip to try and get the camera to work; and in the end said they'd fried the camera and would order another and have in a day or so. I called on Friday, left a msg with no response. Called Monday and was told one of the boys would call me. At noon Tuesday, I got a call from the alarm side of company asking if all was ok because my alarm was going off... I have no camera to see if anything was really happening at my home!! SO I Called again-Tuesday and left another message! Still no response. Today is Wednesday... I'm still waiting but now am upset, thus my review today. The alarm may very well be fine-- Maybe.. but how can I be sure it truly is secure because this camera deal is outrageous. Maybe I should have gone with Cox security instead. I am so disappointed!

This company is the best out there. I shopped around like crazy trying to get an affordable alarm…read moresystem for my home. I called these guys and the rep that answered actually sounded happy to answer my questions and didnt pressure me to buy. I had heard a lot of hype around if a company charges less than $30 a month for monitoring than there a small time "mom & pop shop" and to stay away from it. This is not true at all with these guys. I have accidently set off my alarm 3 times now just from not being used to having one and everytime I recieved a call within 30 sec asking me if I was ok and needed help. The package came already programmed and ready to go out of the box and literally took me 15 min to install. I am not technical at all by the way so thats saying something. And get this I didnt even have to sign a contract with them. There monitoring rate is 16.99 including the cellular technology which ADT wanted 47.99 for and an extra 199 for the cell equipment. Homeshield threw that in for free. I would recommend this company 100% they are a pleasure to work with. I am a Homeshield customer for life.

He said there is a nationwide cellular issue across the US. Many phones are stuck in SOS mode. Not an issue for all users. My phone is working at least. The woman ahead of us was quite distressed, she was lost. He helped her get the GPS working to find her destination. Seems to be a nationwide issue on many Verizon phone cellular services since 8:30AM-9AM this morning. He said hopefully it should be back up running by tomorrow morning. Let's hope so. Staffer was helpful. At least we have one phone working. He told us to cycle through turning off and on the phone to get to connect. Some relief a new SIM card isn't needed at least.
