I called one of their many phone numbers to see about it. The guy pulled up her record and said that there must be a mistake because no technician was not sent. They have rescheduled my heater maintenance twice already, but I'm canceling the appointment. I'm not willing to go through this anymore. I would love to support this local business, but it's not worth the hassle. Something bad has happened to this company. And why do they have a ton of phone numbers out there, but the local Sand Springs number is no longer accessible on-line?

I was blown away not only by the quote being less than over 1/2 the price of the other quotes I had received but also by the honesty of Jeremy. The other companies I had received quotes from had used scare tactics to try and persuade us to hire them for electrical work that would have been completely unnecessary. I am extremely grateful for Jeremy for being upfront and honest about the costs and necessary work needed to be performed at my house. He saved us thousands of dollars. I had to hold my finger on the close button until the door completed closing. Ethan and Austin. We're great. They diagnosed the wiring was faulty and fixed that. I needed an external keypad programmed to open and close the garage door externally. They did that. I needed a second remote to open and close the garage door. They did that. The key required the garage door wiring so it returned to normal operation. They did that. Hey advised me that I needed to replace the garage door roller wheels. I'm definitely bringing them back to do that. They advised me to get spray grease cto improve the ha large door operation. And all of this was at a very reasonable price. Will definitely contact them for any and all future garage door guy repairs. This company is First Rate and very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend them. 5 stars plus for this company.
