Jennifer, who responded to the BBB complaint said she had to make a special request to the accounting department. It didn't take a special request to charge my credit card! Conclusion: do not use a credit card, watch your bill closely and if you can, use another carrier!

I did a Google search and found Yelp. I made a request to have a piece of electronic equipment…read morerepaired (installation of a new frontal display). A few days later I started getting several responses. Only one said that he could fix it, and it was Damon. I contacted him and later that afternoon he said that he could come to my home and fix it. When he showed up he started working on it immediately. I stood there and watched him take the unit apart until he finally reached the display. He removed it and replaced it with a new one that I had recently purchased online. After he put it back together I plugged it in and tested it and it worked perfectly. Damon had accomplished what I could never have done. I paid his fee, but I owe him a debt of gratitude. Thank you so much, Damon. You are one of a kind.
