Talked to a sales rep there who said they had the car stereo I needed and set an appointment to have it installed. When I got to the appointment, my sales rep was not available but neither was the car stereo! Then they tried to sell me a different, higher priced unit without the features I was looking for. I just ordered speakers from Charlie and Mark and the customer service was excellent. I don't live in Tulsa so they had to ship them to me. I ask them if they had what I needed in stock they said yes they had everything I needed and they had it all packed up and a label on the box before I even got around to paying for it. WOW! I paid for it later in the day and they dropped it at ups the same day (yesterday) and it arrived at my house via ups today ( the next day). I only live in the next state over but still amazing. Avoid this place like the plague install crew is incompetent at best. This used to be the place to go they have been around for ever. The quality of service has fallen off dramatically though. They have worked on the last one from me as I'm searching for a replacement factory radio since the one I have has burned up after a shady amp install. Ive been back four times for them to fix it. I have speakers wired up backwards. Amp wasn't even mounted. Made appointment for them to make it right when I arrived I was told I would need to leave it with them that they had two installs in front of me. 24 hrs prior when appointment was made I was told only had one job on books the following day. This was the last straw for me I have a new $60,000 truck with smoke coming out of the dash. Management does everything they can to pass the blame to anything possible and refuses to accept the facts. I will be getting it fixed correctly and passing the info to BBB for mediation. The lack of professionalism from Audio Advice is upsetting. read more

I have been going to Audio Advice for a great many years purchasing both home products and car audio. I am one of those that researches everything I am looking for and I already have my mind made up prior to purchasing anything and I already know the price ranges both in store or online for new or used products. I went in to Audio Advice and spoke with Charles on many occasions on my Hummer H2 install. Some of the equipment was purchased online simply because I could get it cheaper and I was building my system over a few years. Audio Advice had no problems with me not purchasing ALL of my equipment from them whereas some stores will not install unless you buy it at their location. Multiple amps over 5000 watts ,5 HD televisions in custom headrest, 2 alternators, batteries,21speakers,HUSHMAT,in car BLURAY player (only 1 company makes them for a car) and all the wiring ,JL AUDIO HD AMPS, ZR and W7AE products with JL AUDIO crossovers and CLEANSWEEP I don't have to say but others tell me ALL OF THE TIME that my truck sounds great and the install is awesome. I have dealt with all shops in the Tulsa area at one time or another and Audio Advice treats you good whether you spend $30 or just over $30,000 Also most important their TOP INSTALLER RYAN is great to work with ,will give you great sound advice on what you need and not just say you need items just to run up a big bill. Ryan builds awesome sounding and looking speaker boxes and pods and most important PAYS ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I would welcome anyone to trust their daily driver or exotic car there to have work done on it ! I can not say enough about AUDIO ADVICE and their service and dedication to great work. I am NOT related to anyone there nor do I work there ,I am just a car audio fanatic since I have been driving at 16 years of age and now I am well I will just say " OL SKOOL " If you want your vehicle to hit hard,clear and the work performed properly then AUDIO ADVICE is the way to go ...I not only recommend them but JL AUDIO AND FOSS does also if that tells you anything !
