Initially, I was just 'pleased' with the service that his team provided. The guys were all very courteous, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. Well, I'm no longer just pleased, I'm ECSTATIC with the service that this company provides! A year after I had the minisplits installed, I tried to use the heating function that was in the seldom used unit. The unit was only blowing cool air, and I was worried about getting hassled by the company for not bringing the issue up sooner. Larry completely understood (or didn't care since he was going to make it right anyway) that I just never ended up using the unit that winter, so I couldn't have known about the issue. Larry sent the techs out, they found that it was out of refrigerant, fixed the issue and everything was up and running again. Until... Someone in the house must've bumped into the unit and caused another leak of refrigerant. We didn't find out until almost two months later. No worries, Larry sends his guys out, they isolate the problem, and got me back up and running. I was just happy with the communication and that my problem was fixed, but then found out that Larry wasn't even charging me for ANY of these additional visits a year after install! Couldn't recommend this company more.

Yes every company has its bad things and it's bad reviews and everything else but above all and everything they do an awesome job of taking care of their customers. I've been in the industry for over a decade now worked for countless companies where I would have to go in and do warranty work for months on calls that nobody could figure out that people sold knowing that nobody at the company probably could figure this out. So you can only imagine how infuriated these customers must have been. So actually for once in a decade quite literally it was nice to actually go into a company and not be bombarded with warranty work that nobody can figure out for months on months with customers that are very fed up and have just paid thousands of dollars for basically nothing.

Dowd's bid was complete with two alternatives, one with an air handler only and one with a gas furnace backup. The job was complete in a day and the installation was neat and professional. Clean up was good. Of the bids I received Dowd's bid was the most complete. One competitor, bidding the same equipment, was almost double the bid I received from Dowd. So far the system handled both 13° and 95° days in stride. My old system caused variations in the temperature from room to room of +- 5-7° now with this system the variation is around 1°. Their owner is a stand up guy who is so incredibly helpful and all of the technicians I have met are wonderful. We have had a litany of a/c issues and Sigler has come through with quick turn around and very fair pricing every time. I really and truly feel like this entire company cares about me as a person and not a profit. I will only ever use Sigler for my heating/cooling needs and I will recommend them to everyone I meet. A few of the services we have called them for - our brand new condenser was poorly mounted by a previous company and had quit working. Sigler helped us get a new one under manufacturer warranty and installed it (went way above and beyond on this). They have found several leaks in our copper pipes, fixed them, and refilled our Freon. They have found that our heater flu came detached and reattached it. Our heater quit working and I called them out, turns out it was just a bad filter, but they didn't make me feel silly about the unnecessary call out in the slightest. They also installed a drip pan, leveled our coil in the attic, added additional safety switches, and re did the drain line. I have called them after hours, during hours, at my wits end with other companies and in tears, and on and on. Regardless of time or any other factor, I always get the same great customer service. I cannot stress enough how great this company is to work with.
