While looking at what we had, he pointed out to me that there were areas not closed off and heat was being drawn to then unit. After sealing off the areas, I noticed an immediate difference in the cooling of the upstairs area. I e-mailed, thanking them for the estimate, and for the courteous technician that had pointed out a big problem. Turns out that the technician was the owner, Steve Price. I will definitely give him my business when the old unit gives up the ghost. Thanks again

Our AC unit was outdated and after a couple of quotes for repair from some other contractors, we decided we ultimately needed a new unit. We called McCray and Sons on a very rainy Tuesday evening around 7:30pm and Eric McCray came to give us a quote within 20 minutes of our call. He was prompt, communicative, knowledgeable, and honest. He answered all our questions and gave us a couple of different quotes for various options. We made a quick decision on what we wanted and he was back the next day installing the new unit. He worked with his vendors to get us the unit we needed THAT DAY and got our air up and running very quickly. His pricing was more than fair, and he is a very hard worker and a genuine person. If you have any HVAC needs, go with McCray and Sons. They will NOT disappoint.

Didn't have to, he wasn't late. They said he'd be there 8-10a. Said "GPS says I'll be there for 8:17a". Good start in my book. Tom toured the 2 floor home. It has brand new oil furnace, forced air in an "octopus" vent system, so we expected to be paying their high range of $500ish. That's half what others have quoted us though. We opted for sanitizer as well (with Moms allergies we decided to since it was being done). That was $200-250. Has a nice lemony scent for a little while, minor. Lasts less than an hour. Tom finished his work 1-2p and while he did turn on furnace to see if debris came out anywhere, nothing of note did at that time. It happened later on that soot and debris came out of all the vents. We contacted Tommy and here's why he gets the five stars he deserves. He immediately apologized profusely. He said while he's not sure why it was doing that now and didn't before, he will come right back out as soon as possible. He couldn't return until Saturday, he was on jobs when we told him (the day after, so one day was in between). And return he did. He texted his arrival time and apologized again when he showed up. He's genuine in demeanor, I don't get that vibe that he knew something was off. He was sincerely sorry and felt bad the job wasn't satisfied, worse felt bad my Mom's allergies were triggered. He spent several more hours this morning cleaning up anything he saw, and of course troubleshot where he thought the catches of debris may have happened. Very "extra" thorough, as best he could. Tommy stood by his work. His very words were he warranties his work, an actual warranty or moral one I don't think that mattered to him. He and I agree, the home's octopus vents and setup possibly made this job more difficult than a usual one. To me, it's how you handle those ones that go haywire that highlight what kind of a person and company you are. These guys passed with flying colors.

I sent through online a request for a quote ragarding back flow preventer repair or replacement. Maston's Andrew came to the house the next day after setting up an appointment. Long story short it was not a back flow preventer problem. Thankful for Andrew asking some questions it turned out to be our water softener was the problem. Water softener was old and needed to be replaced. It was expensive to replace but it needed to be done. Dakota put in the water softener, great job. Also had facets replaced and some of the underneath parts replaced in a bathroom. I ordered the facets myself from Lowes. Dakota also did this job. All employees who worked for us for 2 days did an excellent job. I would give them all 5 stars.

I had to hold my finger on the close button until the door completed closing. Ethan and Austin. We're great. They diagnosed the wiring was faulty and fixed that. I needed an external keypad programmed to open and close the garage door externally. They did that. I needed a second remote to open and close the garage door. They did that. The key required the garage door wiring so it returned to normal operation. They did that. Hey advised me that I needed to replace the garage door roller wheels. I'm definitely bringing them back to do that. They advised me to get spray grease cto improve the ha large door operation. And all of this was at a very reasonable price. Will definitely contact them for any and all future garage door guy repairs. This company is First Rate and very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend them. 5 stars plus for this company. You won't be disappointed.

Sometimes 5 stars just isn't enough. Especially for a company with this much integrity…read more We had been jerked around by several other heating and air companies in Tulsa before we found Sigler. Their owner is a stand up guy who is so incredibly helpful and all of the technicians I have met are wonderful. We have had a litany of a/c issues and Sigler has come through with quick turn around and very fair pricing every time. I really and truly feel like this entire company cares about me as a person and not a profit. I will only ever use Sigler for my heating/cooling needs and I will recommend them to everyone I meet. A few of the services we have called them for - our brand new condenser was poorly mounted by a previous company and had quit working. Sigler helped us get a new one under manufacturer warranty and installed it (went way above and beyond on this). They have found several leaks in our copper pipes, fixed them, and refilled our Freon. They have found that our heater flu came detached and reattached it. Our heater quit working and I called them out, turns out it was just a bad filter, but they didn't make me feel silly about the unnecessary call out in the slightest. They also installed a drip pan, leveled our coil in the attic, added additional safety switches, and re did the drain line. I have called them after hours, during hours, at my wits end with other companies and in tears, and on and on. Regardless of time or any other factor, I always get the same great customer service. I cannot stress enough how great this company is to work with.
