Where do I begin? This company is awesome! My AC had issues yesterday when it was pouring rain! Their schedule allowed them to send two technicians out in a couple of hours. Eli was our service man from Ace and he was very knowledgeable and didn't mind if I watched or ask questions while he worked. The receptionist worked with my wife because we missed Eli's first call to come out for the repair but as soon as I got back to her she notified Eli that the appt was still on for the day. We are so happy with the installation of the Trane air conditioning unit, heating furnace and whole house air purifier. Our initial consultant, Paul Babb was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. No pressure. The installers Terrance and Josh were great! Quality work, helpful in explaining the equipment and operation. They cleaned up the work areas and removed all scraps and dust. I honestly don't know where to begin. This is been a complete nightmare with this company. They have literally cost me money. And the work that they've done I've had to pay to get redone. They cut back an air return that was sticking out of the wall and left it literally sticking 2 inches out of the wall and you couldn't even put a cover on it. I had to have my other contractors cut it down and put a return on it. Yes I paid I didn't say anything and I moved on. Fast forward to today and the reason for this review. My son stayed an extra six hours and we changed his flight so that he could wait for an air conditioning appointment yesterday and they were supposed to come. I called twice and talk to a girl and she set up my appointment. This is the second time they didn't show and we have had no air-conditioning. I am now looking elsewhere as when I called this morning the lady said well "I make the appointments and she didn't make mine" very rudely. Lady I didn't say that you made my appointment, somebody else did. But your service and your work ethic are awful. They were taking care of our entire condo complex and basically left all of us hanging. After scheduling appointments for several tenants. I do not recommend!!! Plus they overcharge. Oh and that's another thing I got a quote to put in an air conditioner switch 500 and something dollars I asked them what kind of thermostat they're putting in so I could research it to see if it was worth the money. I actually talked to another air-conditioning company and as soon as I told them the price for the job they said oh my gosh that's high!!! They never got back to me after I called several times for that information. They are too busy to really care about the good people of Tulsa. I would run!!! read more
