After not hearing back from them for a week, I called them asking when they would get around to it (was told it was assigned to a tech but not gotten to yet) I could tell by their response they had to get onto tech to get to it. Then they called me the following Monday saying it was done. When I brought it home it was trashed, filled with dirt and the head was super dirty. Picture and audio were x10 worse.
