Pablo, the owner came over within a week and was very thorough with my Ring install. I was so happy that I hired him to install new Ring Floodlights and doorbells at two of my rentals. Amazing job! He used Cat 6 cables and for the new installs he ran the cables in the attic and the final result was very clean. I had all of my tvs at my house hardwired to my cox modem to free up the WiFi. Excellent and clean job. I kept adding to my initial small order because I was so happy with the results. I bought a new 55" tv for the guest bedroom which he installed and mounted. He hid all the wires without blemishing my wall. I then bought 6 hardwired continuous recording cameras which turned out great and the monitor which he mounted on the wall, per my request, looked great. Again, clean job and cable maintenance. We had a couple of minor issues with connections because I have so much going on at my house, but Pablo and his guys were right there to resolve the issue. For a tile project, shouldn't there be an onsite evaluation to assess the work required? Moreover, if you had visited my location, I could have discussed two additional tasks that would significantly increase the scope and cost of the project to your advantage. In response to the owner, I did provide descriptions for additional projects in the original request. I was concerned about potential damage to the tiles that could require significant repairs. I have expressly said that I was willing to pay a premium for proper handling of the situation. When I mentioned those concerns, other providers did express a lot more caution about the tile situation and they came out to make sure it could be done. I understand that there's an opportunity cost to come out in person but I expected a premium service provider to be able to do so. That's simply not materialized.

We had Brinks/ADT since 1998 and it ALWAYS worked. Only once was it required to work, when my wife…read moreleft something on the stove...no fire, but lots of smoke and the FD was at our home in a hurry. ADT passed the emergency test! We took out the system when we installed new windows and doors. Big mistake. The "highly rated" competitor went offline 47 times in 3 months so we came back to dependable ADT. They installed everything in one day and it has cellelar backup if our internet fails so we are always protected. Only issue was a dead battery in one sensor, and service came out the next day - no charge. We're glad to be back!

I have problems with ADT…read more I have an alarm constantly going off all day long. I spent three hours on the phone with support department last Thursday and was disconnected four times. Support could not fix it. We tried every suggestion and even did a video connection for them to review the equipment and hear the beeping. They had me disconnect all of the smoke alarms and the beeping continued, they had me remove all the batteries and it still beeped. They had me reset the system and it still beeped, they had me remove the batteries from the keyboard and it still beeped. They had me shut down the system and it still BEEPED! I am checking the one star box only because there is no zero or negative stars. STAY AWAY FROM ADT I had to wait almost a week (Wednesday) for a service call. The service person checked everything and could not resolve the problem and told me it would cost $180.00 an hour to research the problem and I need to call the service department again. I called Tuesday and told them I want to cancel after 10 years and was told they will send a repair person again and they would waive the service call charged. I was told that the representative would be here between noon and 4:00 pm so I had to take off from work. THE SERVICE REP NEVER SHOWED UP AND NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO CALL. This is the worst customer care I have ever experienced and lack of response. I will be cancelling my account in the morning. ADT shows no concern for loyal customers. I will suggest to anyone reading this, DO NOT USE ADT SECURITY under any circumstances. There are many companies that can be used for less money and will respond to customers .
