A former friend recommended this place For paint job told me dan painted cars for Sema I thought wow I'll have him paint my 745i BMW Well I was quated 1500 dollars To paint my the whole car I dropped it off in September Told me it was done in December I went to go pick the car up with a Friend and seen that dan only panted the Sides of the car, not the hood,roof, or trunk I told him that wasn't what we had agreed upon And to let me know when my car was done Well in I left him a msg in February to ask What is going on I need my car And was it finished I was told he had lien saled my car which He had never even finished The job he said he would And also never wrote up a An agreement on which Bar and a Rd tell me us aginst the law So in the end I end up with a half painted car For the 1500 that was supposed Cover the paint on the whole car And 2800 in storage charges To get my car back that Was supposed sold And threats from the owner So 4300 later all I can do is Hope people thinking of letting this shop touch your car See this and think twice They truly are a horrible shop Whit bad business practices read more

A year ago I made myself a promise to buy myself a RWD convertible. After months of searching I found the perfect 93 miata with jet black paint and red leather interior. Unfortunately my excitement led to me slamming my dream car into a tall curb at high speed like a dumb teenager with a fresh license. Front and rear subframes bent to hell along with the steering rack and just about every other suspension component. My car was dead and no shop wanted to touch it. On a thin hope I towed the car to Sactown Pros and they put it on their lift. Too many parts to replace, far exceeding the value of the car, no collision insurance, sorry. Then later that day Adrian gave me a call. They found a 97 miata that could donate both subframes with all the components attached. I was charged for 10 hours of labor though Israel and Adrian put more than that into it. After the subframes they advised me on how to finish the car to be roadworthy again. 6 weeks after my wreck the car is back on the road and feeling better than ever. I got the same terrible customer service as the other 0 and 1 star reviewers encountered. Planning my window tinting purchase and installation, I went in ahead of time and spoke to a salesperson and discussed price, types of tint, amount of time to install, and soonest time available to install. Satisfied with his responses, I proceeded to ask for an appointment. The Salesperson said Tuesday, January 23, 2018, at 2PM was the first available time. I took the slot, and was excited to get my windows tinted on my Acura. I showed up 10 minutes early on the 23rd. Upon arrival, After waiting for the salesperson to talk with another customer, take two calls, and look on the computer for another issue, he finally said can I help you. I told him I was there for my appointment at 2PM. He looked on the computer and was about to answer me when he took another call. I was getting a little impatient with his decisions to help others before me, but I waited. He returned and slowly and sheepishly said, "Our installer had to leave for a family emergency at noon today so I don't have an installer available. He stopped there and didn't explain any further. i waited until I had to ask, "so what does that mean?" He said "It means you can't get your windows tinted." I said, "why didn't you call me to let me know?" He said, "I didn't have your number. I said that was not true, you got my number at my last visit when I was requested to fill out a form with information needed for the installation. He quickly ran to a pile of forms, rummaged through them, found my form, I think, and returned to me at the counter. He stood there not speaking and looking like he was ready to help another customer. Again I had to ask, so what can you do about this? He said like what? I said, like arranging for another date to install. By this time another employee walked up and said, "looking at the schedule, we can't get you in until some time in February!!!!! " With that, I had had enough!! I said never mind, forget it I don't need another appointment. I told them I had been doing business with them for some time, but this was enough for me to terminate my business relationship with this place. I see they do have quite a bit of activity and business, so it won't hurt them because I won't use them, but I hope others take heed to the poor service and treatment I and the other one or no star customers have encountered. Took my car in the first time..bubbles and scratches in my tint...took it back so they can redo it...bubbles and scratches...I said to hell with a 3rd time...never again. Before they changed new management...I had no problems with the tint on my old car. They sucked so bad...I paid for another place to take off and re-tint my windows! I've been to this place numerous times to get quotes for car stereos, decks, speakers, and even installing a back-up camera that I bought from Amazon for my car. All I have to say is that this place overcharges for everything - my opinion. They wanted to charge me $250 in labor fees just to install a simple camera that takes about 1 to 1.5 hours! I've heard for many years that this place does good work, but I feel like they try to rip people off. Anyway, I'd say shop around before going to this place. read more

Not sure about their service, but pricing is a bit steep. I purchased an alarm system online and went in for a quote. Was quoted $240 for installation fees ($140 for labor and $100 for interface). Hey do not deserve any credit at all. I got my brand new car tinted there and the tint had failed. They gave me a warranty so I took it back. Adrian the owner lied on my face saying it was done my somebody else even after showing him the receipts. Now they have to attend court. I would not recommend that shop for anything. read more

Do not buy the Groupon for brakes !!! I purchased the brakes special on Groupon and I called to scheduled an installation. I was informed by Jessie -sales guy- that a $45 brake inspection fee is charged .WHAT!!! He then goes on to tell me that some people who buy groupons just get the brakes done when they don't need it. I told him my rear brakes are bad and I had an inspection 4 month ago.I even offered to give him the brake inspection fee .He said " Then go back to the Auto shop! " Very Rude. So no matter if you just got an inspection and your brakes are squeaking -common sense- you still have to pay the $45 fee on top of the groupon and any other additional fees. Jessie did li and say that They were not able to show this as an additional fee on Groupon because Groupon only writes what they want. Which is a lie!! I even spoke to a Manager with Groupon who said they input what ever the company provides them with as long as it is appropriate . Sactown Pros are falsifying information that should clearly reflect in detail and provided to Groupon. Fortunately Groupon gave me a refund with no problem and I found another Groupon brake place who offers free brake inspection and is cheaper and have great reviews . read more

HORRIBLE service!! I brought my truck to get a alarm but when I got the truck back after paying 240$ I found my lights and gauges were all blown out. I took it back to them and they told me it's my manufacture wiring. I never had a problem with the truck and when I went there it all started...He said my alternator was bad I changed it and my battery died. The next day I put a new interstate battery and it died later that day too. All my gauges are still blown I put a fuse and it blows automatically. I called to tell them just take the alarm out and he said it will b 80$! They will not own up to the fact they made a mistake and it's bullshit. This shop is supposed to b a custom shop but can't even install a alarm right. Not trying to b a jerk but I just want what's right they owe me my money back or fix my truck so they refuse so I need to let all you know how they are. Then they comment on my review . That shows how petty n desperate they are. What business does that? If my wiring was a mess wouldn't they say hey this is bad .. but no they worked on anyway and gave me the car back like that no invoice saying wiring was bad.. so apparently it wasn't that bad. Bottom line is this shop is a joke please don't let them fool u with this pro business cuz it's not. I came here originally to get some audio work done, after getting my audio were done I could not believe how amazing it sounded I got my subs put in my car and they had a window tinting guy here to name Danny he was awesome! I got my windows tinted not a single double or any mess up whatsoever I was so thrilled to have fun and honestly I wish that I could scream from the top of the roof how amazing these people were here! Everybody was so friendly and welcoming and the prices were unbelievably amazing with rate work too late you don't really find that that often! They even do bodywork as well as any mechanic work I would need done! Guys honestly if you're looking for somewhere to go for any of your work I don't get that anywhere better besides this place if I could give them 10 stars I would! I went in to get my starter fixed. As a woman going into an auto shop I was nervous about being way over charged like a fool. I was not only treated with respect, but the guys went above and beyond to help me in any way they could! I have to admit I was a mess, broke and needed a car to get my son and I to school/work. The guys handled me well, lol.. serious they assured me that they would help me out, and that's exactly what they did. Long story short, the owner called the dealership and it turned out that I had 13 DAYS left on my warranty. With this great news the guys quickly brought my car over to get it fixed! Not only that but the owner picked my son and I up from work that day and let me borrow his truck until my car was fixed- free of charge!! I am truly grateful for what Sac Town Pros did for me! I would not recommend this buisness, at least for window tinting and as far as thier professionalism goes. I had one car tinted here in 2014, and was semi pleased with the job, never really had any problems with the tint...just the service and staff. I returned a second time foe buisness this year in 2016 with a new vehicle to tint (thinking in the past they had made me somewhat happy). This time they really ticked me off. First off, the customer service is a joke. They never answer thier phone which is set up on some weird voicemail system that's always full. While I was in the lobby waiting for my car to be finished the staff members were shit talking a customer behind thier back (the customer didn't speak English) so I guess the immature group of staff thought that was funny. This second time I brought my car back they tinted my windows and told me to return (mandatory) to have a press out on the windows done. I already was upset that I was being made to come back. So I went back 2 days later for my press out. Here I am a week after the second visit to them and my windows are bubbling up AGAIN. I called (took me 20 attempts to reach and live person) and I was told to come back again , but at that time they would just look so they can make another appointment for me to come back a freaking 4th time AGAIN ! I also felt really rushed on the phone call by the employee like I was interrupting something so much more important than you own customers.
