Maybe you'll remember the roasted papas from the old Gaucho days: chunky, crispy on the outside, toasty and roasty, served up in a wooden bowl. These were definitely not that. (Also, does anyone remember that old-time Strip District Gaucho bowl of corn? The best best best.) The service was very fast and very friendly.
