They showed up very early to accommodate the carpet cleaners which were arriving on the same day. The cleaning job was beyond my expectations. I have used cleaners for other client jobs and am never quite impressed. With Joung's service I was impressed. The house looks spotless. Every nook and cranny is clean. The fridge and stove too look better than I ever had it looking. She checked in after the job to make sure I was satisfied. I don't think you'll find anyone more professional, caring and proud of her work. I felt taken care of the minute we first communicated. She kept her appointment and delivered, I will happily recommend her to anyone in the area. My house received offers as soon as it went on the market. They did an amazing job making sure that my appliances were clean and I truly appreciated it. However, when I began to move in and put stuff away I noticed that the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned at all. I ran my finger across the bottom and there was so much dust and debris. The same goes for all of the light fixtures. It seemed like they didn't dust anything and just did a surface wipe down. I ended up having to re-clean everything myself. I was very disappointed with having spent $400, I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. I will say that they were kind when I spoke with them on the phone, I haven't had a chance to call back regarding this issue (I had it cleaned in the beginning of April) and I know it's well past that time but Ive had a lot of things hitting me back to back so tried to let it go and I'm sorry, I just couldn't. It bugs me a lot. I'd definitely be happy if something could be worked out regarding this but I also completely understand if nothing can be done because it's been so long. Like I said, they were very kind and did a great job with the appliances, I just strongly urge you to thoroughly check after they're done cleaning.

I received a few replies, some two days later (!) but Helane at Maid 4 You answered right away. After some back and forth via Yelp, we began to text. By far the easiest! She told me her minimum fee was $100 and asked what else could they clean to make it right. Long story short, it was by far the best quote I received so I booked for today. The two people who cleaned went above and beyond (I think, more later). My bathroom and the one on the main floor as well as the one on the third floor are sparkling! Just to add a tip here: they don't give a "window" appointment, so when the cleaning crew finished another job early, Helane texted to ask if they could come but it was an hour and 15 minutes earlier. We weren't ready! We had so. much. stuff. The clutter struggle is real. Here is one more, very important tip: the "lead" cleaner spoke a little English but the other one I think none. It was delightful to listen to them speaking Portuguese! But if I was doing this again from scratch, I would ask the boss to come to the house so we could be very clear what was and wasn't to be done. I honestly don't know what they were told, but if it was their normal cleaning routine it was beyond excellent!! I just didn't know - having never hired anyone for this before - what to expect or how to direct them. Will we have them back? You bet. DD and I are thinking a monthly visit from these fantastic cleaners will be well worth the very reasonable cost. PS - I had to google how much to tip because as I said I was a first timer. I didn't arrive until the crew had just finished cleaning. I did a quick walkthrough and didn't notice any issues at the time. However, when the new tenant moved in, they found that the kitchen cabinets had not been cleaned at all. Unfortunately, the previous tenant had left the cabinets quite messy, so I had to reduce the new tenant's first month's rent. I hired this company because of its reviews and trusted that they would do a good job. It was very disappointing.

I moved out of my 2bed 2 bath condo and needed a deep cleaning service asap to have it be ready for renters to view. When I called, Manuel was incredibly professional and informative, and was able to slot me in for the next day. I opted for the move in/move out deep clean service and left specific directives over the phone of what areas needed special attention, mainly my laminate wood floors which had some white caked on dust from a rug pad that had been on the floor for ten years and left white residue that needed a bit of extra cleaning to get off. The three cleaners that came were very nice and did a good job except for the following: My sink did not look like it had been cleaned with stainless steel cleaner and was did not look clean. My white quarts countertops also did not look cleaned with the right cleansers and I had to go over them again with a magic eraser. The main problem was the floor. I pointed out there were several areas that still had white powder on them. I pointed it out and even got on the floor and started to rub them with the magic erasers. The cleaners saw me doing this and when I said they should give it another pass they didn't and just left. I had to spend another 30 minutes going over with a magic eraser. When I called to let Manuel know, he told me the service had been completed and offered no solution. I insisted that me having to do it myself means the service had not been completed and asked for a discount. They offered me $20 off of a $320 dollar service and then when I saw my receipt the next day there was no discount. All in all, I would not recommend them as the customer service is nowhere to be found. As a first time customer I should have been offered a free clean or a larger discount for services not completed. Look elsewhere for your cleaning services. Bright home Solutions doesn't look out for customer satisfaction.
