This is my favorite place to eat in Murfreesboro! Not only is the food delicious but the staff is awesome! I love the lomein, crab wontons, General Chicken, hot and sour soup, and cabbage rolls! Decent pho served hot with lots of condiment options, perhaps a little heavy on the fish sauce. The main issue is the slow pace of service. Their branded shirts make a point that they're about fresh food, not fast food. Very fair and welcome, but a bowl of pho should not take more than 30 minutes from ordering to serving, certainly not when the dining room is serving less than ten tables. If you're in the area, would like some soup, and have time to wait it's a reasonable option. read more

Well, I tried Sabaidee Cafe about a month ago after seeing it here on Yelp, and had a coupon that I used at the restaurant. The food was awesome and service was excellent. And, today, I thought I would order online for delivery. This experience was not so great. I bought some of the same items including one of the soups with shrimp. At the restaurant, I got a huge serving with a bunch of shrimp. The delivery order, about half what I got for the same price at the restaurant and this bowl only had 4 shrimp. It was mostly broth. I also ordered 2 orders of the fried crab wanton (rangoon) and only received 1 order. We decided to try a couple of the salads too, going on the pictures shown for them. Big mistake! Our salads were limp and very watery and mine tasted weird. I got the papaya and the cucumber salads and they were not really edible. I called the restaurant and they did realize they left off the second order of the crab rangoon and said it would be about an hour to get me another delivered. They did make good on that. All in all, not too happy, though. read more

So it was a random night when I decided to try out this place. I had the papaya salad, pad Thai and watermelon bubble tea. Let me start with the papaya salad, I had it made the spiciest so it was probably not the best idea since I couldn't really taste the flavor. It was a 6/10 for me. The pad Thai was definitely tasty! They can make it with a tad bit less sauce but the flavors were good. Lastly, the watermelon bubble was a no for me. It was too artificial tasting and it was overly sweet. Overall I may come back to give it a second try but for the Boro it wasn't bad! read more

Beautiful decor throughout even though it's small, Thai drunken fried rice with cabbage rolls are top notch. Bathrooms are magical clean. The owner Mr. Mee is a very nice man. The cafe workers are nice and welcoming. The cafe interior is not that decorated but the food is good enough to make you feel nice. I had ordered a green curry and believe me their green curry is one of the best in town. The spring rolls are quite good. Give it a try when u happen to be near Sam's club. read more

Updated review* My first review was a bit harsh and unfair. I was hangry and had to wait almost two hours for my orders. The food is good. Pad Thai is excellent while other noodle dishes are ok. There are a few more excellent items on the menu such as Lao sausages and Pad Kra Pao. On a negative side, they are short on staff, and the kitchen is too small to handle rush hours crowd. However, you're not gonna find a much better Thai/Lao restaurant in Murfreesboro. Did I mention that the Pad Thai is amazing? read more

Really nice little family place that has great food. I had the chicken yellow curry which was quite good. The cabbage rolls are served with a delicious sauce and are a great appetizer. For dessert I had fried bananas with vanilla ice cream. Excellent! Try the Thai tea. Very interesting in a good way. I've paid a lot more for mediocre food and Saba Dee's was a very very pleasant surprise! Murfreesboro just got a little gem of a family restaurant. read more

I've ordered the same dish from them 6-8 times, and it's very good. However, they are not consistent with the spice level. You really never know what you're gonna get. The last time I ordered it, both mine and my husbands whole faces, mouths and stomachs burned from eating it, because it was so hot! I called them to let them know, and they argued with me and said I was wrong! If you never know if you're going to get bland or melt-your-face off level of spicy, then we probably won't be ordering again. read more

Very nice people and great food. Never knew I liked Thai/Lao until I tried this place. Loved it the first time and every time that I have been back never a bad experience. I've had tofu and chicken pad Thai and had medium or 3 spice and it wasn't to spicy it was tasty and not overwhelming. I've also had the spring rolls and was happy with them also, they would have been better if they used a different type of lettuce in my opinion. This place is fantastic!! We've tried other Thai places and while good, this one is just better. Their Crab Rangoon is spectacular!! The food is fresh and always prepared well. Was told 30 minute wait for pick up and it took over an hour and 10minutes. My drink order which I have ordered before when I ate in was different. I asked for no milk and there is clearly milk. I've been on the search for some good basil fried rice so I decided to pick up lunch from here one day. The rice was good-came with egg green onion basil and chicken. It was missing bell peppers and I actually had to ask for the basil and was told next time they would charge me for it. I also tried the chicken wing appetizer and oh myyyyyyyyy myyyy myyyyyyyyy!
