If you order take-out they will treat you as good as if you were an in-house customer with generous portions, and with plenty of condiments, too. I feel a bit badly to leave a not-so-great review as the elderly gentleman behind the counter was super nice and super cute. but bubble tea drinkers beware. The traditional milk tea drink with boba was terrible. TEH-RAH-BUL. No actual tea in the drink, just powder, but okay, that could be okay if done right. I can't even recall if the drink tasted right as several things detracted from my noting the actual flavor. Drink was gritty, maybe not shaken long enough, or maybe the mix was old? Drink was sickeningly sweet, I asked for less sugar and he said okay, but maybe sugar is already mixed into the "tea" powder so couldn't actually make it less sweet? And the boba. So sad. Boba had been soaking in a warm solution for waaaay too long making the texture strange and a bit yuck. Perhaps the boba was old, or perhaps the cooking method is off? If you have never tried coffee flavor bubble tea, you have definitely got to try it! This is the place to try it because not every bubble tea spot will have coffee flavor. You walk up to the counter, and put your order in. You can either have your bubble tea blended or shaken. We chose blended, and loved it! The coffee flavor was awesome!! It tasted similar to a Starbucks Frappuccino. We also got to try a few of their dishes. Once we put our food order in at the counter, we just sat down and she brought our food out to us. The wait time was not long at all. We were also the only table there that ordered food. It was cooked to order. I think the beef ladna was pretty good. The sauce was a bit gravy like, and not too runny like at other places. That's how I like my ladna sauce to be!! I also liked their fried chicken wings. I think the seasoning was pretty good, and the wings were cooked perfect. They were golden and crisp. (Thai style fried wings). The papaya salad we tried wasn't bad. This is one of my favorite spots to go. A humble little family business run by endearingly sweet people. The food is SCRUMPTIOUS. The bubble tea is DIVINE. on top of that, the older couple that runs the place is incredible. They are generous and friendly, making sure you get what you need. The location is very small and the decor needs some work but that doesn't defeat the purpose of the food and drinks. The food here is great and as well as their drinks and desserts. I noticed that this took the place of the donut shop that used to be there. When we walked in, it was extremely hot( maybe their AC was broken). Both of our drinks were nothing special. They didn't really offer any flavor or anything different from other bubble tea places. I wouldn't go back here for the drinks. I had lunch delivered from Bubble Tea and started with a couple of appetizers...which is where I should have stopped, unfortunately. The shrimp fresh rolls were amazing--super fresh ingredients and the peanut sauce was absolutely delicious. I also had the fried tofu which was still way too soft, wet and underdone but about 20 minutes in the air fryer and it was perfect. Then the chicken pad thai...oh man...what a disappointment--the eggs in the pad Thai were beyond burnt and that tainted the entire dish with a disgusting flavor, which made it impossible to eat. The establishment was very clean and the staff was attentive and patient. There are a lot of options, so if you're newbie to bubble tea you won't feel intimidated or rushed into your choices. The young lady at the counter was very helpful explaining to my young granddaughter what the "bubbles" were. I chose Mango and the 8 year old chose Strawberry. We both thought that they were delicious and enjoyed swapping back and forth to see which was better. We really weren't hungry but decided to try the crab rangoon as a snack.
