Another fabulous 5 stat lunch at SABAI !!! Fantastic sushi fantastic service !!!!!! Sushi is always fresh no matter what day you visit.The restaurant is always Clean Bathroom is always clean.

Great place for takeout! I got the green curry with chicken and it was all perfect. Plus, they are open late which is really convenient. Definitely recommend.

The sushi and Thai are delicious here. The staff is super attentive, and it's a great local spot to dine in our takeout. I'm a sucker for cute tea pots, which you'll see in the video. We had a quick roll this night, and we shared the chicken pad thai and the curry shrimp panang. Everyone left super satisfied.

How do you feel about elephants being killed just for the tasks and it being used as decoration this so-called dinner box when I asked the waitress about this as it was $23. I was not told that you would not get a real portion of the red curry. This was basically like a little snack box they gave one napkin and when I asked for more napkins, I was given one more napkin. I usually go to a different Thai restaurant, but they were closed on SundayThaiyako I was the only customer in the place. I asked for very mild not spicy and the food was spicy hot

Really good food. It's a hidden gem really. Service was quick, food was hot and good. I thought the boba tea could've had more bubbles but good overall. The interior decor is like a little tropical tiki hut and there's not much seating. We were the only ones there as we came for a weekend lunch. I would come back to try something else. The cashew nut dish was sweeter than what I've had at other places. Still very tasty and overall an enjoyable experience.

I visited Sabai Thai & Sushi on a Sunday for dinner around 8 PM (one of the Thai restaurants close to our hotel had a near hour and a half long wait!) with my dad. We ordered the spring roll and pad Thai, along with the classic Thai fried rice. Meat quality for both of us was good (we both ordered chicken with our rice and noodles), the flavor was delicious! I really enjoyed how many vegetables and the variety of which were found in my dad's rice order. The spring rolls were freshly made with tasty vegetables and noodles as well, with a delicious peanut dipping sauce to enjoy with them.

The front as you pull up at night is not so pretty or inviting. But once you open the door and walk in, you are transformed into a modern-day Thai/ sushi restaurant with great food, amazing service, and wonderful options of food. We walked in, and the most pleasant person (Penny) came over and seated us and took our order. We went with the Thai Dumplings and the Shrimp Sumai appetizers and Tom Kha soup. For our main course, we shared between the three of us. Panang Curry shrimp, Chicken Drunken Noodles, and Pork stir-fried Vegies. Three different plates. All are delicious! The only thing was I should have asked for a little spicier, so I added some of their spices to give it a kick. It's really a great find, and thanks to my fellow Yelpers for posting some greqt reviews that brought me to this place.

Food was awfull! Sauce all over the sushi and salad

First of all its super expensive for what you get... second of all, i ordered 2 pad thais (1 level 1 spice and 1 no spice) the normal pad Thai without spice was so hot and the one with spice you couldn't even eat... I ordered a curry box with sushi rolls and a salad, they didn't properly package it and the curry sauce went all over the salad and sushi which i couldn't eat. My husband ordered soup and he likes it level 2 heat, he told me it was so hot he couldn't even eat it. $120 wasted!!!!!! And i called to let them know and they offered no refund, said that they would have to call the credit card company and they cant and offered to remake 1 of the meals. I wanted to bring it all back and let them see for themselves how spicy the food was. Never ever ever again will i ordered from them!!!!

While in Boynton Beach, FL, I was looking for a good Thai Joint. Personally, I've noticed a lot of Thai restaurants in the area also, serve Japanese sushi and bento boxes. The island style themed restaurant was cute, the one thing I noticed was the premade food in a display case. The only other time I've seen this is in Little Tokyo Los Angeles, Ca. All the restaurants have a display case facing outside so the customers can decided if they want to eat at that specific restaurant. The flavor of all the dishes we ordered was authentic, everything came out fresh and hot but, I was surprised by the portion size. We were a party of 3 and ordered three items and an appetizer, we ate everything which is very rare because the portions are usually larger but not in this case. It should also be noted, if you have kids that do not eat Thai food and you wanted bring in something for them such as Mc Donald's they are very strict as we overheard a family behind us that was asked to leave, the mother said, "My kids don't eat Thai food but my husband and I want to eat here." I get it, but its business for them and no one was in the restaurant, what was the problem here? Ordered Egg Rolls - The veggie rolls came out piping hot with a fragrance of ginger which paired well with the sauce, typical sweet and spicy ma ploy. Pad Thai - The Pad Thai had great flavor and good amount of chicken. Pad Se Eew - Had beautiful Wok hay (which is originally a Cantonese phrase used to describe a essence or aroma that is created in a dish when authentic stir-frying is performed) it's a slight char on the crust of the noodle if stir-fried correctly. Traditionally the dish uses Chinese broccoli but, in this case, it was served using regular broccoli. Fried Rice - The combo fried rice had great flavor but again the protein was lacking with only 1 shrimp it was a bit of a disappointment.

We had a very good lunch at this small family owned restaurant. It's in a strip of stores on the south side of the street. I wouldn't have come here or found this place in my usual travels had I not bookmarked it from a Yelp review that sounded interesting. They have both a Thai menu and a Japanese/sushi menu. You can mix and match. I started with their vegetable soup. The broth was so good that I made my husband taste a spoonful. After that I had their kanisu roll (no rice) -- cucumber wrapped around krab meat and avocado. The very good roll was tightly and perfectly executed. Each piece was filled with a lot of krab. And there were two extra pieces of krab on the plate. It came with the usual sunomono dipping sauce. My husband had their yellow curry with chicken. The bowl was brimming with sauce and there was chicken in every bite. There was pineapple, potato and carrots in the dish in addition to the chicken. He was going to order the dish "hot", but the gal suggested he order it "medium". She explained that since the curry was house made, it was quite spicy already. She nicely brought extra hot sauce to the table -- in case he wanted it spicier, but he did not need to use it. Prices were very reasonable. They have some great looking lunch specials during the week -- and I'd Iike to come back and try these as well. In fact, I'm planning on it.

We have eaten here several times, and always found the food to be fresh, authentic and delicious. I feel that I want to post a review to let people know about how great they were to work with when I was planning a sushi party for 12 people. They helped me choose a menu that was cost effective and would give everyone a good taste of several sushi rolls and sashimi. The presentation was amazing! Everyone loved all of their sushi, and we went through two boats of sushi with no leftovers, but yet everyone was satisfied. Highly recommended!!! read more

My husband and I have eaten here twice, once for take out and once to dine in. Both times we are very happy with the quality of the food. They don't list that you can choose tofu as the protein (as opposed to chicken or seafood) but the chef accommodated our request with no problem. We have had the green, yellow and red curry and all were fantastic. The waitress was very nice and we will definitely continue returning to this wonderful restaurant. We both recommend if you are looking for a nice thai place in the area. read more

So me and my family came back from a long day not being home so we decided to order Thai. We ordered our food for delivery and waited. Once it arrived we were so disappointed. The portion of the food was like the feeding size for a baby. The food was horrible. My wife's soup was tasteless. My daughters food looked disgusting , she didn't even eat it and same with her friends food. My pad Thai was extremely sweet and pad Thai isn't sweet. Last but not least they forgot my daughter and her friends drinks. So i decided to call them back and tell them they didn't deliver the full order. They responded saying they'll give us points for next time when we order. We declined their offer and ask for the sprites. So the delivery guy went to the nearest gas station and bought sprites from there. Ridiculous! I will never consider ordering from this place again! Worst food and service i've ever received. read more

Best Thai food in the area. Pad See Ew with crispy tofu will change your life. Sooo good. Chicken Pad Thai is amazing too. Oh and the crispy spring rolls are a must. Haven't had a bad thing off their menu. Delish. read more

My girlfriend and I ordered from here last weekend to go. I ordered the chicken Pad Thai and she ordered the Drunken Noodles and we got a side of spring rolls. It was excellent. Spring rolls were nice and crisp and both of our dishes were well made and tasted great. They even give you a huge side of rice on any entree and there was a good amount of food. We enjoyed it very much. Thanks Sabai Thai! You have earned yourselves a new customer =) read more

I had the papaya salad and garlic with brown sauce stir fried veges with tofu. The salad had chunks of raw cabbage as garni, chunks of lime rind and pieces of uncooked green beans. When you hear that, does it make you want to order it or go hungry? The vege stir fry was tasteless and included few veges except a piece of carrot, a few pieces of small broccoli, mostly cabbage, some overripe slices of cucumber and the sauce was watery like soup stock. On a positive note, the delivery was fast and reasonably priced, thus, 2 stars instead of 1. read more

The other reviews are correct. The food was excellent and the people are super personable! The Thai medium is a bit mild - go for 4 out of 5 rather than 3 on the hots. Pad Thai duck incredible. Very crispy duck. The green curry was also tasty. We'll be back!! read more

When entering I was greeted by the 2 friendly staff members. They knew I was never there and made conversation especially since I was alone. I normally end up with Pad Thai, but wanted something different. She suggested a pork dish which I got as medium spicy. I must say it was very well done and just the right amount of spice without being too much. I was in visiting from NJ, but will definitely go there on my next trip to that area. read more

Restaurant has a weird smell.. I got chicken red curry and my wife had the beef pad sew. They brought spring rolls and soup that was included for lunch. They were decent but not even warm. The restaurant was not busy at all so I'm not sure why the soup and spring rolls were that cold... My chicken red curry was edible, but the sauce was like clear/white soup. Not a great flavor I'm sad to say. My wife's beef pad sew wasn't good and she left half of it. Wish it was good.. Still looking for a good local Thai restaurant. read more

We are from North Carolina and always go to Sabai when we are in Palm Beach. We only discovered it a little over a year ago and have eaten there about a dozen times. They do a great pad thai and we have enjoyed all the other it's as well. It is the best Thai we have found in the area. We try to order take put to take back to North Carolina every-time we are here. Want great Thai food and great, great service...come here! I live in Boca Raton and come here when I want real authentic Thai food. I had the Thai papaya salad with shrimp and a whole snapper with vegetables. Can I just say, my belly is happy and my mouth is still salivating from the DELICIOUS flavors! Try it, you'll love! I see all these great food reviews, but sadly I can't write one. The chef may very well be great, but the management and customer service is terrible. I went in to use a groupon and they refused it. They said it was only for dine-in, not take-out. Nowhere on the groupon does it state this. Very disappointed. read more

The waitress sandy is rude and unprofessional. She likes to flirt with womens boyfriends while your at the table and ignore your requests for service. Also I've watched her go to the restroom and not wash her hands before returning to work and then handling your food. Do not give this place your business. read more

I heard about this restaurant by word of mouth and the recommendation delivered. I have eaten at many Thai restaurants but none as authentic and delicious as this. If you are interested in truly authentic dishes as they are traditionally prepared in Thailand, there is a special menu available by request. So if you are interested in a different culinary experience the authentic menu may be for you. But if you are looking for out of this world traditional Pad Thai, Thai Curry, noodle dishes, Thai soups, salads and more - this is the place for you! We ended our meal with home made green tea ice cream & red bean ice cream and both were unusual and delicious. Owned & operated by a husband & wife team of which the wife is the chef and the husband is the smiling front of the house Manager. The service here gets an easy 5 stars. There is a combination Sushi bar / Beer and wine bar with a large screen TV playing above it. The atmosphere is quiet, cheerful with an attractive decor. I found this restaurant to be exceptionally clean. It's a small restaurant that appears to seat about 25-30 so calling ahead for seating is recommended. We went early on a Wednesday night and were seated immediately but week-ends are full. But wether you go during the week for a quick bite or a leisurely date night out, you definitely won't be disappointed here! read more

Hands down the best Thai food ever.I have had Thai food all over South Florida and Sabai Thai is far and away the best..What sets them apart from everyone else is not only great food there staff is all about the customer they treat you like family.The owner really cares about his customers and it shows.He has a passion for what he serves and the condition of his establishment.It always clean and inviting.If you have not tried this place than you are really missing out . read more

I went to this restaurant based on the reviews but was greatly disappointed. After having Thai food in most major cities in the US and overseas I can say this is one of the worse I've had. I ordered the Sabai chicken wings for appetizers , they lacked flavor, just chicken dropped in oil, no spices whatsoever. The pad Thai and the chicken vegetables soup were horrible. I would not recommend this restaurant. The service was good but the food should not be labeled as Thai. read more

Yummy thai food!. It's a good menu, especially because it's a local family restaurant. The service was personal and friendly. It's not a big restaurant, I think I counted about 6 booths and a few tables. There's also a bar, which is cool. Average check order for one person: ~$18 ( one dish + rice + drink+ tip). read more

This is the worst place I've ever ordered from in my life I got a whole plate of noodles for eight dollars I thought at least I will have some shrimp I have one shrimp and one piece of dried chicken ,,And I also ordered sushi that was horribleand had to have been days old and when I called she just said yes yes OK,So the customer service was horrible as well I would never want anybody to eat at this place and I work for hotel I wanted to refer my guest to this place but I would never ever do that!! the food was HORRIBLE!!! I warn anybody do not ever go here it was terrible!!! read more

I decided to order the pho with the well done eye round beef with all of the fixings. It came out pretty fast - and it looked so delicious. It was flavorful, I could not get enough of it. The beef was very tender and not rubbery at all. The addition of the fresh veggies and herbs were the chef's kiss. They provide a generous amount of broth and meat, so I was not complaining at all. I felt like they took amazing care of me and ensuring I was satisfied with my meal. This was some of the best pho I've had that left me wanting to come back very soon. Literally brought me back to life for the rest of the day. Tip: Make sure you sit outside during this South Florida winter weather to enjoy this warm bowl of pho.

Last night, we weren't sure what to eat, but luckily we found this place that stays open until 11:30 PM, so we decided to give it a try. I started with the fried dumplings, and they were amazing! The crispy texture was perfect, and the dumpling sauce made them even tastier. We also had the Tom Yum creamy soup, Kapow pork, and Larb chicken -- everything was absolutely delicious. Love bubble tea here!!!! It was difficult to find one in the area. I made my decision to have lunch with my fav matcha bubble tea.
