My serving was definitely less than one full chicken fillet. BUT, the chicken that was on there was SO tender and juicy. Their breakfast menu looks like quite good, and I look forward to going back and checking out the breakfast menu. It's nice having more healthy options available for lunch in this area, and it's a fairly good price for lunch (7.50 for the box of food unless you get extras).
