I told her we had come in a few weeks back and she got in that that rule hasn't been the case. She argued and proceeded to watch my almost 4 year old cry because she couldn't get in and did not offer any apology. You can purchase a Play Card separately to add tokens to the card for access to activities like the kiddie go-karts or the few game stations they have pepper inside the facility. One thing I really liked is that once you pay for your admission and come in, you can leave and re-enter as many times as needed. Just keep your receipt and show them at the front when you return and they will let you back in, which is super helpful if you need a break or have to step out for a bit. Even though it was busy, it didn't feel overly chaotic. It felt like all the kids were engulfed in fun.
