Had a great time with my family. There is so much to do. The virtual reality rides are amazing and immersive. There is a pixel floor game in the arcade that is so mush gun. The food is amazing. The bar drinks are on point. The playground is huge. Laser tag arena is so cool. Oh and there is mini golf that is half in black lights, and the skating was fun. Because the kids had suck a great time. We are going to have their parties here as well. Thanks to all the staff and managers who were so welcoming and fun. We will definitely be back. read more

Overall the kids had fun, and it was a good afternoon- but, I gave it a maybe because I felt super sketchy about it being completely wide open to the mall. It definitely didn't convey that on the website. Anyone could just jump right in like you're walking in and out of a Dillard's. Also, the parties that were at tables (not in party rooms) completely blocked all the walkways. You had to physically walk through their celebration to get by. After coming here a couple times with my kiddos, my oldest decided to have his bday here. They are budget friendly for starters. The event host, Shane was engaging with the kiddos, helpful to get things moving and attentive to all the needs we had. The management checked in and made sure we were ok. They took the extra step to put background stuff on the TV reflecting the theme (dragon ball) which I didn't even see them do. We added some food and drinks which they were clear and responsive to the turnaround time in peak hours. Most places just toss some decor and wait you out until it's time for you to go. Not my man Shane. He was definitely committed to my boys special day. These are the elements I appreciate most. We weren't just dollar signs. They were actively adapting to our party. We were short 1 kid, he gave me options, we were running late to do cake, he gave me options to make things progress. It was so helpful and put me at ease. Pretty amazing to see how they can corral groups of random kids and families to focus. You can spend a a decent amount of money at other spots for way less in quality, service and organization. Lord knows Ive done it. And that's why we didn't go there. We found a hidden gem this city needs. I was very satisfied with the results and after we were done with the room we got a setup on the main floor and kept the party going. They are NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!! my son was being bullied (he is 5) by some older kids,being held down and hit! Had marks! and upon letting management know they were aproched by the little kids parents. So without hearing full story about anything we were totally ambushed with a manger name Mark and another female manager with the upmost disregard for respect or personal integrity. I had walked over to talk with them about what happened and what was going on and BOOOOOM!! Mark starts to wave his hands in my face and yelling in my face telling me to "GET THE FUCK OUTTA HERE!" becuase walking over the parents I'm assuming were upset that I had even walked up and started to try to have my son give a statement. And the mother started to try and attack me! As if we were in some sort of place where this is acceptable. And I don't know if they knew this couple and there children or what. Because apparently they were being treated with respect and literally we were being treated with the upmost disrespectful behavior that I have ever seen!! This is so unacceptable and unprofessional I would NEVER EVER SUPPORT THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR FOR MY CHILDREN TO BE ALLOWED LET ALONE GIVE THEM MONEY FOR A EVENT!! We went to AR's for a party with kids ranging from 1st grade to middle school age. There's something for everyone to do. My kids participated in the VR experience, mini golf, and laser tag. They did also have a roller skating rink too. The mini golf was one of my favorites parts. It was jungle themed and also had a glow in the dark room to play in. The laser tag was so much fun too! There's a great selection of activities to participate in and I highly recommend spending some time here especially with summer weather outside. read more

I will admit that this was our first time here. Took our kid to celebrate her 4th bday. Bought some food & drinks which personally I did like everything. But unfortunately our experience was cut short. I took my kid to the jungle gym area and held her hand the whole time because I knew she'd have a mix of emotions. She does like gyms, she just cries until she gets acclimated and has done the course a few times. Unfortunately her day was ruined. While she was walking through a section and crying, a lil boy walking by heard her, and I don't want to assume/label him but just based off my experience... I assumed this kid possibly has a disability, because if not this kid really lacked some manners. He got bothered or I want to assume triggered by hearing my daughter cry. He started yelling "WTF is that?! Why TF are you doing that?! Stop it! STFU!" He kept repeating it and he threw punches at my kid FOUR TIMES!!! Thankfully I was with her and I blocked him every time. As an Autistic Mom I focused on de-escalating the situation. So I kept blocking him and raised my voice but calmly kept telling him over and over "can you please stop? Can you leave us alone?" My sister who was near ran over with an employee and finally I saw his caregivers also come over and they asked him to walk away. Needless to say my daughter freaked out and just shut down; didn't want to do anything with the course anymore. Very traumatic experience for her. I kept a straight face the whole time because I wanted to keep her calm. Afterwards we just decided to leave. We hadn't even been there half an hour. I didn't make a fuss about the situation but we were informed it wasn't the first time they had an issue with this kid. Which is fine I get it things happen, they are kids. My main concern was that it's not okay that this kid was not accompanied in the gym, which is allowed, if they know he gets bothered/triggered. What if he had punched my kid? I would have probably responded differently. I don't know... I cried all the way back home because I hate that she went through this especially on her birthday. I know the staff is not responsible for what happened (to a certain extent), BUT a part of me expected them to at least offer us a refund or something BUT NOPE; thankfully it was just US so I only paid for MY KID and it wasn't much. Regardless I just hope the manager takes the situation seriously, and is more involved in avoiding situations like this from reoccurring with troubled kids. Also parents keep an eye on your kids, things are bound to happen so be INVOLVED! Other than that the place looked nice I guess for kid activities. But personally we probably won't return. I was sure to share my experience with my SA Autism Parent group on FBook, so they know to be extra vigilant if they visit this place. read more

Went to the skate area which was fun but the floor on the ground as you skate is warped. So as your going fast it feels like your going to trip. We've been wanting to go skating for a while now and ARs popped up on social media. We checked out their website and it all looked really good. We decided to go last night with some friends. Bad idea it was soooooooo crowded. I felt like they were at max capacity line was out the door when we got there around 715pm. There were just lines everywhere. Their website and portrayed everything to be much bigger than it actually was. We just got their skating pass which was $12 they checked our skates and gave us a band all at the same time. Our friends got the ARs big deal which is a great price for everything for 5 hours. However, they were at the beginning of the line someone pulled them on the side to check out somewhere else. They didn't get their wrist band for the skates or their skates checked out. This was before we got there. When we met up with them they were waiting for their food which that line was long as well. Noticed we had the skating wrist band so one of them went to stand in line to get that, which took at least 10 min then they had to go back to show their skates. When they got their food one of them got wings which was around $11 for only 6 and a ranch sauce which was barely filled up half way. They also got a cheeseburger and fries which was around $12. They both said it didn't taste good. For those prices you can go get better food from somewhere else. We all just wanted to leave but because we had already paid we decided to stay and skate for a bit. So far that was the worst skating experience ever. The floor was slick and it was flat/even. Kids were going the wrong way. It was just packed. All in all it was just a horrible experience. None of us are going back again. As for all of the areas that they have they are all small. Mini golf is a small area not sure how many holes they have and the bumper cars that was even smaller. The kids play area was a decent size. It's a cool concept. Great for parents who have kids esp with their big deal. But for what they have going on I feel like they just need a way bigger space. Everything just felt cramped. read more

Management sucks! Would give zero stars if I could. Kicking my family out because my son defended himself from a girl that was bullying him in the play area. The little girl wouldn't leave my son alone even after he used his words to tell her to leave him alone. There was a little boy that was with the little girl who yelled directly into my son's ear. So my son slapped the girl across the cheek. I teach my son to defend himself from bullies who won't listen to his words STOP! The manager didn't even investigate the situation. They didn't find out "Why" my son did what he did. They blamed him and kicked us out. But they allowed the families of the bullies to stay and play! What the manager failed to know is that My son's ear was hurting well after this happened! And to add, the place is over priced. The food is greasy, fattening and unhealthy. The party packages are a rip off when you can pay way less somewhere else. The manager should be replaced with someone who can actually investigate and do their job of what really happens when it comes to children being bullied in their play area. Crappy customer support! Will never go there and will make sure my friends and family know how awful and unfairly they treat families. read more

AR's Entertainment Hub is fun for all ages. Located at Crossroads next to Target and in the Wonderland of America's mall. AR has a huge old school skating rink with dance toons blasting over the sound system. Felt like I was back in the 80s, but so much fun!!!. They also have laser tag, an arcade, a huge play scape area, mini golf and more. They have a snack bar with a large variety of food and plenty of seating area for dinning and or birthday parties. I can't say enough great thing about this place! The staff was friendly, the pizza and funnel cakes were bomb and it was clean with awesome jams playing and lots n lots to do. My daughters played lazor tag for their first time (now they r hooked), they did NOT want to stop skating, I totally enjoyed the mini golf (especially the glow in the dark part), my baby played so so much in the baby area that I felt bad making her leave, but I think my favorite was the bumper cars . We even took our 2 yr old on the bumper car (that was a first and she loved it and I was so happy we could include her ). The pizza was so good (it was the GOOD kind now the crappy pizza that some places sell u) . I can't wait to come back. Next time just me n my husband lol def recommend this place.
